Daniel C. Eng, Broker | CCIM | CPM ® | GRI is a the owner of Engvest Commercial Realty, LLC and DFW iRealty, LLC (Residential) which provides a level of unparalleled service to meets its clients needs.

Daniel s affiliation with T.K. Eng & Associates Investments Group, Inc. & GE Management Co. are the family companies that have been established since the early 80 s and have brought a lot of knowledge and experience to Engvest.

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas as an Asian American, his family roots date from Chinese immigrants since the late 1800 s to build railroads in the US. Daniel s father, T.K. Eng emigrated from Hong Kong in the mid 1950 s where he later on established the real estate foundation for the Eng family. Growing up watching and learning from his father, Daniel gained an interest in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage & Management at an early age.
