Went in and was helped by friend staff and seen with in seconds. Very informative and friendly.

I was a little worried when going to this place because the Unilocal reviews were mixed, but the other urgent care centers near us had even sketchier reviews so we decided to just try it since my husband had been having breathing for a few days and it was getting really bad.
We got there at about 6:30AM this morning and the place was well-​lit, clean, and at a good temperature. We were greeted by Taya, who was super sweet. She informed us that they were considered an ER, not an urgent care facility, so they would be bill insurance as such. My husband just got a new job so his insurance hadn’t kicked in yet so we were private pay. Taya said that, without insurance, the visit started at $ 140 and could go up depending on any tests that were run.
She brought us into a room and a minute later a nurse, Allison, came by and talked with us. After she left, Dr. Ouyang came in. He was a young doctor, but obviously very intelligent. Great bedside manner. After my husband described the what was going on with him, the doctor took us to Kimmy in Radiology. She was also very nice and let me stay with my husband when he was getting his chest x-​rays. It was quick and painless. We went back to the room to wait on the doctor who was looking over the x-​rays. The nurse came in to give my husband his breathing treatment (nebulizer) which helped him immediately. She also gave him a steroid short. Five minutes later the doctor came back and said that luckily it wasn’t pneumonia, but it was a viral infection. He wrote a few prescriptions for antibiotics, codine, cough syrup, an inhaler, and refills for the nebulizer my husband has at home. Dr. Ouyang gave my husband 18 refills for the nebulizer, which is nice because it’s convenient for an asthmatic to have extra on hand.
Any way, he gave us a list of all the medicines with detailed instructions and, because we were leaving at about 7:30, he gave us a list of 24 hour pharmacies in the area where we could take the prescriptions to. Taya came back to let us know that she was leaving, but that there was someone else to check us out at the front desk. When we checked out, the total for everything was $ 495, which isn’t bad for a shot and some chest x-​rays. It would have been a couple hundred more, but you get a good discount if you pay in full versus doing a payment plan. For those who want a payment plan, they make it easy.
Hopefully, my husband and I won’t have a reason to come back, but if we do need quick care we will be coming here again. Great, friendly, competent staff. We were in and out in an hour. My husband is already feeling a lot better. Bonus: the prescriptions all had generic options at the 24 hour CVS we went to so it wasn’t bad either.

They actually ended up billing me $ 2,640 and another $ 700 for the doctor that didn’t see me. I cannot believe that this place can get away with such unethical horrible practices. I will appeal all insurance claims as well as file complaints with the BBB. This place is just ridiculous. Please beware.

My first visit to the facility and it was great. I need to take my 5 year old son in for a smashed thumb. We got back to a room within five minutes. Actually saw the doctor before the nurse had a chance to come in. Dr. Kutsen was great with Jonah. Actually the entire staff was great. We had great service and all done with in a hour. If you go to any hospital ER you may get to you room in an hour. Plus I have been to another stand alone ER in Dallas and they can’t even measure up to the professionalism of ER Centers of America. Thanks to Dr. Kutsen and the entire staff for a great visit and taking good care of my son.

Great experience. I just moved here from out of state and was having some breathing difficulty. I googled the closest «urgent care» to me and this was it. Although they are technically more like an ER than urgent care. The office was not crowded but I did have to wait some. My total visit took an hour… not bad for a urgent care place!
I saw Dr. Clark. He and his staff were very professional. These are real doctors people! He told me the doctors there do their residency at hosptial ERs and they also work at hospital ERs on the side.
I will say he had some un-​needed tests on my chart. I questioned them and he said if I was curious of the answer I could keep them on, but that they were not pertinent to my diagnosis. If you are unsure of a test, just ask! I felt like he had my best interest at heart the whole time and didn’t feel like he was trying to up-​sell me. And money was definately a concern considering my insurance has not kicked in yet at my new job. My whole visit was about $ 140 which is way cheaper than you’d pay at an ER!
I believe I got the right diagnosis for my ailments and I feel much better now thanks to Dr. Clark and his staff.

No waiting ever. Just make sure you tell them that they don’t bill you as an Emergency visit or you’d have to pay a higher co-​pay.

Very friendly people and no wait whatsoever. Highly recommended!
