Oh my goodness. I have been on a search to find a good doctor. And everything from the check in staff to the nurse was awesome. They all seemed like they cared about you and your well being and I’m not an easy patient meaning I stress about everything and think I’m dying. I was highly satisfied with my wait time and bedside manner.

I’m 48 years old and have seen many docs in my life. Dr. Katie is by FAR the very best of them all. She really relates to me as a person, she listens to me and addresses my concerns. There is nothing that I can’t talk to her about, no matter how embarrassing. She feels more like a friend than a doc. I’ve been going to her for about 4 or 5 years now. I just hope that she never stops practicing. Also, just as important, her staff is efficient and friendly and very professional. I never have to wait long in the waiting area or the exam room, and they can ALWAYS get me in the same day if I have an urgent need.
I wish I could give them many, many more stars!

Dr. Mastrogiovanni is a friend of my parents but she has also been my doctor for about 5 years. She is a very kind and genuine person. She always makes you feel extremely comfortable and well taken care of.
Dr. Katie always does her job thoroughly and makes sure that if you have a problem or health situation, she takes care of it before you leave her office. Not only is she an amazing doctor but she has a great office staff that is always there to help and more than willing to sit on the phone with you to make sure all your questions, comments, needs, and requests get taken care of. I don’t honestly think you could find a better person to take care of your health.
She is a mom as well, so she understands the needs of small children and families. I highly recommend Dr. Katie to anyone looking for a family care doctor in the plano area!

I drive 13.5 miles, past numerous doctors and hospitals, to reach doctors Katie Mastrogiovanni and Stephen Redfern. I will stick with them even though they are a bit out of my way. One striking example of their care: on the eve of Thanksgiving several years ago, I had a little medical emergency while out of state for the holiday. I left my contact information with the answering service, and received a call from a very cheerful Dr. Katie no less than 5 minutes later. Dr. Katie was able to nip our troubles in the bud by phoning in a prescription, and life went on! Needless to say, my whole family was very grateful to Dr. Katie that Thanksgiving!

Dr. Katie Mastrogiovanni is the best doctor, ever! She came highly recommended from 2 different friends. Dr. Katie is very friendly and caring, but when anything is wrong, she takes it very seriously and does her best to figure out what is wrong and keeps working on it until you’re all better.
I’ve recently moved to California, but I even went home to see Dr Katie when it was time for my annual check-​up.
