Casandra had Pepito doing tricks within minutes. She showed us how to use what he already does naturally and turn those things into tricks. Our family really loves Casandra, Marne, and Fido’s Finest!

Highly recommend Fido’s Finest! We sent our puppy for three weeks of board and train with Victoria and he is now such a well mannered dog. I’m confident that we will be able to continue with the training since she gave us detailed notes on what each command is and when to use it. He is so much calmer around our two older dogs, which was the main issue. Worth every penny!

I am so thankful that I found Casandra and Fido’s Finest! We began working together over 16 months ago, and I consider it a valuable partnership as well as training for both my dog and for me and my family. What began as basic training for manners, following commands and doing tricks with the focus on CGC and therapy work became much more personal. As I shared more about my invisible disability and effects of my heart condition, Casandra came up with training specifically focused on ways my dog could assist me. She was tireless in her research on assistance dogs and the pathway to legitimate ADI testing to recognize us as a handler/​dog team. Our training was intensive but she made it fun and positive. We will continue to work with Casandra to maintain and add new skills and exposure to new environments. Not only is Casandra an exceptional trainer who is passionate about her gentle and effective approach to training, but she and her business partner Marne are continually growing their business with carefully trained professionals. We took an intermediate group class with Victoria and found her to be a wonderful, creative and patient teacher. Group classes are very popular and also a great way to safely socialize your puppy/​adult dog. I highly recommend Fido’s Finest for all of your training needs!

We have done private lessons, group lessons and board and train for one week for our golden retriever puppy! $ 1000 later we have nothing to show for it. He is still doing the same naughty behaviors as he did before training. I am very disappointed in having no results from this business and all of the $$ we put into it. We have tried all the techniques and commands that they taught us to use and our dog constantly is counter surfing and table surfing constantly snatching the kids food! With dishing out that kind money, I expect happy customers. And I am not. Wish they would’ve have offered money back garantee if they feel they can deliver top notch training.

Victoria worked with our 8 month old golden retriever for a little over 2 weeks. We used the board and train option. Prior to training with Fido’s Finest, our dog was an animal we «managed» at home, chewing and destroying everything he could get a hold of, barking incessantly first thing in the morning, and it was impossible to include him on walks due to jumping on people or ripping my arm off. Post-​training, we have a happy puppy who smiles constantly and is eager to please. Best of all, he works SO hard to control himself and knows expectations. He does fantastic on walks, waits patiently, knows simple language commands and follows them. Victoria gave us great information to continue working with him and knowing what makes him tick. She has also been great about answering follow up questions after our session. We look forward to reunions with Fido’s Finest other training programs and boarding, when needed. Cassandra is amazing. I have a crazy Yorkie and a timid sweet little Maltese. My Yorkie is a bit aggressive and attacked my Maltese frequently. Once training started my little girls have been amazing. They are listening to me more, seem more relaxed, and most of all have been getting along amazingly. No fights in the 3 months we have been training. My two old ladies can finally relax and enjoy the dogs life! I highly recommend Fido’s Finest, they have given me the ability to trust my dogs again and feel more confident as an owner which has allowed me to have a personal life again!!!

In under 24 hours with just one class Fidos Finest had my stubborn English Bulldog obeying commands. Casandra and the rest of the staff here are incredible! Such positive and articulate trainers with a genuine passion for animals. I HIGHLY Recommend A++++++

I have only worked with Marne Pringle but I LOVE her. She is an angel from heaven sent to train dogs! My baby German shepherd Frauke was so mouthy with my kids who are 5 months and 2 years old. I found Marne online searching for Plano’s best dog trainers because my husband and I were at our wits end about to get rid of the poor dog. I called Marne in tears and she was confident she could help me, even took my pup that morning. Marne took her for her board and train program out of her own home. It is normally 2 – 3 weeks long but our Frauke is super out of control from being bred from attack dogs and then taken away from her mommy at 5 weeks old. Marne had Frauke 7 weeks, but my dog is so wonderful now. I have a lot of training and homework to do to instill what Marne has done but we were able to keep our puppy and she is no longer a harm to my kids. Marne is so nice and so smart with everything about dogs. I will use her as my trainer forever. I’m sure her partner and other trainers are just as good, this is a great company to use! Don’t go anywhere else for your dog problems! Also she deserves to be treated with respect, Marne Pringle is a good person and it’s rare to find such a gem these days. I just am so thankful to her I can’t say enough about how good Fidos finest is. Call them today — do it!

We just finished the 6 week puppy training course, and next week we start the intermediate course. We could not be happier with Fido’s Finest. Marne and Casandra are such wonderful people, and it’s a joy to be in their class. It’s instantly obvious that they truly love dogs and have SO much training knowledge. They patiently listen to and answer questions, and they offer and demonstrate advice that WORKS. The classes are fun and very well organized. I can’t wait to take our fur baby, Toby, to the next level of training. So glad Unilocal helped me find these classes!

I have a 4 legged, furry, 3 year old daughter named Bella that is the center of my heart, so needless to say-I’m EXTREMELY picky on who «babysits» her when she can’t travel with me. I recently had to go out of town & arranged for Bella to stay with Cassandra, of Fido’s Finest, & was SO pleased with the care & attention she showed Bella. When I returned home & picked Bella up from Cassandra’s, I could tell instantly that my little girl was well cared for & had fun interacting with the other pup’s under Cassandra’s care. It gave me peace of mind knowing that my baby was well cared for, in a positive, animal-​loving environment & not a cold, metal caged kennel. I HIGHLY recommend Fido’s Finest to any parent wanting the best care & training for their pup.

We recently fostered and then adopted a 2 ½ year old Beagle mix girl, who is incredibly smart and well-​behaved, but she had some issues with loose-​leash walking and on-​leash aggression towards other dogs. We called Fidos Finest and set up a First Impressions session at hour house. She took the time to ask and answer lots of questions, explain her dog-​training philosophy (which is totally in line with mine, see below) and spent time doing some leash training with us. She stayed as long as it took to answer all our questions (of which there were a lot!) without complaint even though it extended the time a bit. One thing I really appreciated was that she didn’t speak to us in a condescending way (several trainers I’ve spoken with have, assuming we know nothing about dog training and need to be lectured to), but rather explained things in a friendly, helpful way. She then gave us some instructions on how to work with Curry (that’s our dog’s name) on the leash aggression issue, as well as a few other obedience commands to train her with before bringing her to the Intermediate group class in January. A few days after our training session, I had a situation with our doggie daycare that I was concerned about, so I texted her for advice and she was very prompt and responsive to my questions. Absolutely awesome service!
One more thing that I really want to commend Fido’s Finest for is their commitment to using positive training methods and the most up to date research on dog behavior and training. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been out and about, doing training with our dog, and people ask me if I watch «The Dog Whisperer» or if I have tried a «pinch» collar, or that she shouldn’t walk in front of me at all because she’s trying to be the «pack leader», etc. I had one woman tell me that if the dog didn’t sit on the instant of my command that I needed to push her butt to the floor, and I should never repeat a command more than once. I know this kind of training may work, but I don’t think it’s the only way, or the best way. I want my dog to learn to communicate with me and to think for herself, and I find positive training methods, like those Fidos Finest adheres to, are the best way to really develop that.
I have had Curry (that’s her name) for a little over one month and in that time she has learned: sit, wait, come, stay, down, look at me, leave it, sit-​pretty, army crawl, jump (over objects), back up, spin, play dead, ‘on your feet’, bring it, drop it, and others. We are working on proofing these with distance, distraction and duration and she is doing awesome. Her leash behavior has gotten so much better than when we first brought her home (still work to do though) and I just really have a problem with people not having patience to allow me to work with her until she gets it — insisting that I need to do leash jerks and pinch collars, etc. to MAKE her behave correctly. Okay, well, that was a rant, wasn’t it? Anyway, if you’re a fan of trainers like Ian Dunbar, Zak George, and Victoria Stillwell, then you’ll love Fido’s Finest!

Cassandra came to my house to teach me to train my dog Riley. I really needed help with training him to stay and pay attention to me. She got him trained to «stay», «watch me» and «leave it» in an hour. She also taught me about a better harness since he pulls when he gets excited and his choke chain didn’t seem to phase him. The most impressive thing she did was to spend about a half our on the phone with me to calm me down and educate me when I saw some troubling behaviors in Riley. Cassandra was confident, kind and competent and I would recommend her and Fido’s Finest to anyone.

I have a pit bull puppy that is very rambunctious and overly loving to guests that step into our home. Out of ideas, I went to Casandra with Fido’s Finest Dog Training for some help with calming her down and in a 5 minute conversation, Casandra gave me advice that has made a WORLD of difference in Juno’s behavior toward our houseguests. She is attentive, she listens, and it is not hard work to keep her from loving my guests to death anymore. So if you’re looking for a decent dog trainer, then Fido’s is not for you because they are GREAT dog trainers. I would even be willing to bet that they could train a wild raccoon to be a domesticated pleasure to be around. 8 thumbs up!

I have worked with Casandra and Marne for several years now, and as a pet professional myself, I am confident in saying that they are amazing dog trainers. Not only do they truly understand and love dogs, but they are also great at instructing their students.
I must say that I have never taken one of their classes, but they offer them out of Classy Canine Daycare where I used to be the manager, so I have seen them in action. You will not find another dog trainer that will do a better job than Fido’s Finest Dog Training!

We have been working with Fido’s Finest for the about a year and they are simply the best. They offer so many different classes that will cater to any dog. From puppy, to intermediate to even outdoor fun adventure classes, plus more.
We have two boxers who have a mind of their own and once they met Cassandra and Marne they quickly turned into listening, trick-​turning machines :) Both of our dogs are rescues and they took the time to work with them, to understand them and correct their past behavior.
Our oldest girl, Winnie needed some extra attention so we worked with Cassandra one on one at our home, at local parks and at the dog park. Cassandra was just wonderful and helped us to feel more confident with her. We have learned so many techniques that are helping us to work with Winnie.
We will for sure continue working with Fido’s Finest. Not only do they really understand dogs and how to train them but they are also just fun to be around!

Fido’s Finest has the best staff & understanding of canine behavior. My dog instantly perked up & responded to Cassandra’s commands. I honestly can’t recommend a better trainer for your best friend.
As part of graduation the entire class will even go to dog friendly patios to prove how well their program can work for your pooch.
Have a well behaved dog is the best reward. There is no reason why you shouldn’t go. I regret not going sooner!
