My insurance company referred me to this«authorized dealer» to have my windshield replaced. I confirmed with them on Friday, December 3rd that the windshild was available and confirmed I would be serviced at my home on Monday, December 6. Rep stated I would receive a phone call Monday morning from the installer with the exact time of arrival. I received a call on Saturday, December 4, from a Gerber represntative also confirming the above. At 11:45 Monday monrning, I had not heard from technician. I have been patiently waiting in my home(I should be at work). I called the shop and was told the«technician got a late start because he had a doctor’s appointment.» Couldn’t someone from the operations team have called me on his behalf just to let me know that he would not be coming until the afternoon to give me some sense of how I could plan my day, and whether or not I could get to work today? If they are so wreckless with communication with their customers, how wreckless will they be installing the windshield properly? Sincerely concerned…
