horrible service! been going there for 6 years. last 2 visits horrible.
do not recommend.

Was passing through and started hearing loud rattling noise at the bottom of my car with something touching the exhaust.
Drove over to this office. They were courteous, showed the nut which had fallen down, but couldnt replace as it was custom to manufacturer. But they worked with me to put some temporary hook to hold up the piece and stop rattling.
BOTTOMLINE: They charged reasonable in line with the help they provided. I rarely see that in this line of business

My tire was flat in my garage a few Sunday’s ago. Luckily, cue the Vivaldi music, I have run-​flats on my car. So, I aired the tire as much as I could and proceeded down to this shop.
Manager was very helpful and accommodating. Said they could patch my tire for me. I asked that they rotate them all as well since they already would have the car up.
He called me about an hour later and sad they were unable to reset the tire pressure monitor, the light was still on and that I would need to see the dealer. He said they «drove it for a little bit» to see if the light would come off to no avail.
OK, no biggie… But…
I go and pick up my car. As I am pulling out, I turn on my stereo. It is blaring to 97.1, The Eagle. Oh, and I don’t have The Eagle preset in my car.
Whoever drove my car, I hope you had fun… This place sits right at Custer and 121, great «escape route», you can use your imagination…
All good. Still happy with the service. Next time, I’ll take a pic of my mileage before I leave my car with anyone but a dealer.

This store has always been good to me. When I lived in McKinney I got all the work on my pilot done here, including a set of tires. I had a screw in my tire this weekend and NTB and Discount Tire told me I needed to replace it. I decided to drive back up to this store since I got the tires here if I had to replace it. Well, he checked it out and saw it wasn’t leaking, got a pair of pliers and pulled a tiny screw out and sent me on my way! Thanks for the honesty, help and saving me $ 200! I’ll keep driving out of my way for good service.

I’ve used them twice with no issues. I brought my car in because there was a rattling sound. I paid the $ 85, for the consultation, they found nothing wrong. I took it 2 days later to jiffy lube for an oil change and they told me, without my asking, that my shocks needed to be replaced, and that was the rattling sound. Goidyear, a tire store, couldn’t figure that out, but jiffy lube could

Our 2002 Lexus ES300 spark plugs went out. Hubby tried replacing them himself, but couldn’t get to the back 3. He took it in to Pep Boys on Spring Creek, & they told him they could fix it for under $ 100, that same day (Saturday). Long story short, Pep Boys gave us the run around, & Saturday turned into Sunday, and at the $ 500++ estimate we said screw this! no way! So we called around to several auto shops, trying to find one open on Sundays & wouldn’t charge us an arm & a leg.
Thankfully, we found Goodyear. They were reasonably priced, didn’t add in more & more «things» that needed to be fixed on the thing, racking up the cost, and they had excellent customer service.
We just moved to the Plano area last month from East TX, so will most definitely use Goodyear for all of our auto repairs.

I called this center 30 minutes prior to their closing time for an oil change and a tire change. The manager couldn’t be more accommodating and say ‘come on over!’. So I went, the manager and another tech were another car and asked that I take a seat. Upon finishing they pulled in my car and started working on it. 20 minutes into it (past their closing time), the manager called me into the garage and I’m thinking to myself ‘here we go — bring out the bad news’ but I was pleasantly surprised. In fact, he suggested that I didn’t need a tire change but rather a quick patch to a small hole that was leaking air. He removed the tire, did all the necessary patching and put the tire back on.
It’s hard to find dedicated people with good ethics in general and I am so glad I called them and got a chance to experience doing business with them. They found a customer for life! Keep up the great work guys!
