After being let down by a pet sitter that I had for 9 years, Grand Paws came to the rescue! I cannot explain how amazing they are. From the moment I met the owner, Dana, I knew that my cats would be in good hands. Ilya, who was our pet sitter, was incredible. She gave me updates and sent pictures while we were away. It allowed me to relax on my vacation knowing my boys were in good hands. She was efficient and caring. I just wish that I had found Grand Paws sooner. Thank you so much Dana and Ilya.

We used grand paw to care after our dog for over two years. Each trip we went on, we were sent pictures/​updates of how our little girl was doing. I never had to worry if she was okay or not. Also the prices are very reasonable especially when comparing to competitors. Unfortunately we moved out of the area where grand paw operates but if we ever move back, we will definitely use their services again.

We also are decade+plus clients of Grand Paws over 3 different residences in North Dallas and Plano. Understand… This isn’t a network of high school kids and flakey animal lovers with a key to your home… this is a professional gal whom hires only responsible, dependable associates to take the best care of your pet, as well as your home (though yes, they are truly animal lovers as well.) Your $$ not only get you the finest in pet care, but also the security of turning lights on and off, your mail and papers brought inside and sorted, and a lovely hand-​written note waiting upon your arrival back home. Grand Paws is the best there is, bar-​none.

We a have used Grand Paws for over 10 years. Also, many of our good friends use her and never, not once, have we heard of anyone complaining about her services.
If you want your dog, cat, bird (she’ll even pet sit your lizard!) taken care of when you are away, I HIGHLY recommend Dana and Grand Paws.
