I wish I could give this place Zero star. This place is open only by appointment. They gave me appointment twice in a week and no one was available there. I took a break from my work and drove there twice. It is so unprofessional for such a large company. It is waste of our time. The representative on call insisted to go 20 miles to a different location if I want to get tax returns done today. Really? Thank you H & R for making this a frustrating experience. You loose my business. I am moving to Turbo Tax !
