History

Established in 2014.

IDEAL’s first full service clinic was opened in Glendale, Arizona in February 2007, and we are proud to say that we now have over 20 physical therapy facilities across Arizona and Dallas.

Partner Physical Therapist

C’Mack was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and received his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2002. He is a Partner Physical Therapist and Market Leader for IDEAL’s Texas locations, and has focused his career working on orthopedic injury rehabilitation and sports medicine.

C’Mack was the director of an outpatient sports clinic in Arizona until deciding to move back home to Dallas in 2010. He is a strong believer in manual therapy and has been trained in a variety of techniques to achieve optimal patient results. He is committed to the community and enjoys using a mixture of manual therapy and functional-​based exercise programs to help patients meet their goals of living an active and healthy lifestyle.
