I used this establishment for a few years now and I have always been happy with Insight Imaging until today! I’ve always had insurance when I had anything done but now I do not have insurance and was going to pay for the services myself. I have no problem paying for services rendered to me but when you tell me repeatedly on the phone one price and that’s how much it will be then jack the price up when I walk in the door and then insinuate that I’m lying when I tell you I was quoted differently on the phone during the scheduling of an appointment by the 2 women at the front desk, that is insulting to me and very bad business practices which I am tired of companies repeatedly doing! if I can’t trust you at the front desk or on the phone I don’t trust the people performing the services! taking my business elsewhere!
