Jacob Grapevine, DDS

I was a patient of Dr. Grapevine’s predecessor, Dr. Wayne Goodowitz, for many years. I’ve always loved the staff in the clinic, so I thought I’d give Dr. Grapevine a try when he first joined the now retired Dr. Goodowitz. SO glad I did! Dr, Grapevine is kind, compassionate, friendly and funny, all things I appreciate in a caregiver and qualities that put me at ease. He listens… something not easily found these days! His training and expertise are second to none. Having just been through some expensive dental work, I am so grateful he educated me well and helped me determine the best course of care for my needs… and it was NOT the most expensive of the available options. Patient education is a priority in this clinic, and because I work in healthcare myself, I value that immensely.
The three staged procedures I had were surprisingly easy, and Dr. Grapevine is an expert at his craft. With his perfected technique, I truly couldn’t feel the numbing process and had no pain. The very minor adjustments that needed to be made from visit to visit were pain-​free and quick, and I am thrilled with my final result.
Nellie, the office manager, was very helpful in explaining associated fees and payment options, and I appreciated the discount for paying cash because every little bit helps! Jennifer is a fabulous RDA, and she really helped reassure me through the procedures. She also is very helpful in explaining the post-​procedure details. Cathy and Glo are THE best hygienists around, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cleanings.
I’m grateful for my dental team at Dr. Grapevine’s office. You will be, too. Don’t go anywhere else!

Absolutely in shock! I made this appointment after asking if my insurance was accepted and was told yes then asked why they were not on our website the office manager said she doesn’t know, that’s strange. Only to find out I am now being charged $ 230 for a cleaning because I am out of network. Do you think they would have told me this when I called? No why would they do that??? They would lose out on taking advantage of people that’s why! It’s a shame when the doctor and staff are great but the manager withholds information. The manager needs to tell people they are out of network! Never again!

The entire staff here is so helpful and knowledgeable! And their equipment is state of the art. They explained every step, which made my appointment go very smoothly. I went in for a routine check up and cleaning, and will be coming back to get a veneer for a front tooth — something I’ve been terrified of until Dr. Grapevine’s staff assured me it’s the best option for me.
Cathy did a masterful job on my teeth cleaning! Nelly at the front was amazing! Everyone I came in contact with was happy and helpful. I think I found my forever dentist home. :) :) :)

Dr. Grapevine and his staff are absolutely amazing! Their customer service and attention to detail are unlike any dental office I have ever been to. Dr. Grapevine makes you feel at ease whether you are there for a routine checkup or for a more invasive dental procedure. His hygienist, Cathy takes incredible pride in what she does and treats you like a member of her family. I actually look forward to my visits instead of dreading going to the dentist!
