After a lot of love for Jimmy Johns found this place on a post office visit. This place is very close to plano main post office. Staff seemed to be hardly caring for customers. Food was good as usual and very quick for a lunch time order. Overall would have loved the place more if staff were courteous.

I would say the food here is fine here but the service is not great. 1. If you order before prime lunch time of 12 noon it will take more than 30 minutes to get your delivery. Possibly 45 min. And, this is when they are less than a mile away. 2. They are never friendly on the phone or in the drive through. Yeah they may be fast sometimes but the they shouldn’t a skimp on service.

I am a fan of Jimmy John’s. That said, I give this location at least 2 stars because it was freakishly clean and fast. I do not give more stars because the MUSICWASSOLOUD ! We could not hear each other speak. To compound the noise the employees were dragging around heavy wooden tables and loudly talking with each other. We left with the impression that our presence in the building was an inconvenience to their work environment. We left the building to finish our lunch time in our car!

Way over priced. I got the turkey club, tea and chips. It was just ok and cost $ 10.00.

My favorite subshop by far. fast friendly service. I have tried almost all of their subs and they are great but my favorite is the hunters club which contains some of the best roast beef on the planet. If you don’t care for that much of their yummy bread they will scoop out the middle for you. They also have a 7 grain sandwich bread option. Or if you want to be really healthy you can get your sandwich wrapped in lettuce.

The best subs in Plano, makes Subway look like a joke and is better than Jersey Mike’s, my previous favorite. I haven’t ordered delivery but never had any issues going through the drive-thru or eating at the restaurant. Always quick, tasty and fresh. Prices on par with Quizno’s, Jersey Mike’s, etc. Subway is a bit cheaper, but you get what you pay for.

They won’t deliver north of Parker — they are missing huge client base at Colin County College just north of Parker. Expand to SPRINGCREEK. JJ is supposed to be a college vased sandwich shop.

I am a fan of the franchise but this location’s lack of service level misses the mark and is borderline offensive. I was grabbing to-go park food with my youngest who is allergic to wheat. I requested additional meat as my husband often does but requested it not be on the sandwich. The employee said the request was ‘Impossible’. I explained the allergy dilemma so his next question was, ‘did I want the Slim with no vegetables on it?‘ It still comes on bread, right? Umm, no, I just explained that touching bread isn’t an option! His next objection was there wasn’t a container for it, I said just rolling it in the sandwich paper was fine. He said it wasn’t possible. I asked for a manager b/c I felt bad holding the line up and I couldn’t believe this was an accurate policy. Especially, considering the number of restaurants that have taken steps to accommodate food allergies and healthier eating styles. Someone else comes over the intercom that said ‘upper mgmt said no meat can leave without being on a sandwich.‘ I was irritated b/c my child is in the car hearing how her allergy makes life difficult and hearing the refusal to make an accommodation so she could have lunch at the park with her friends and who is telling me She is sorry through this conversation!(I thought I had chosen a healthy to-go option for her. Apparently not!) After going back in forth for several minutes he tells me they can roll up the lunch meat in lettuce for $ 4. $ 4? Really? Regardless, Why not mention this from the beginning? Apparently this is on the menu called and called an Unwhich. It was like a rendition of ‘Who’s On First’ trying to order something my child wouldn’t have an allergic reaction to. It isn’t like I was trying to order a vegan dish and a steak restaurant!!! I thought after this I would no longer give Jimmy John’s a dollar but after a call to customer service and chatting in a DFW Allergy board I found out it’s just this location with the bad etiquette. Customer service said the unwhich should have been offered up immediately. The Food Message boards site a couple of Dallas locations that have gone above and beyond to accommodate food allergies. Like a lot of people, food allergies didn’t matter much to me until it directly touched my life. Beyond disappointed in how this was handled. Won’t get another dime of mine!

Food was good. Their turkey sandwiches are growing on me. They messed up the order and brought the wrong wrap to the office for the secretary. They drove out a new one to fix it. I’m o.k. with that, but it shouldn’t have happened with the order being confirmed on the phone.

Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We’ve ordered from them several times over the last few years but the last few times we’ve ordered from them they have messed up the order. They also have taken an extremely long time to deliver the order … in spite of the promise of freaky fast delivery. The most recent order was delivered incorrectly and when we called to have them bring the correct order they neglected to tell us over the phone that they would expect the incorrect sandwiches back. When the driver showed up he demanded the incorrect sandwiches and would not give the new ones until he had the old ones. So. we gave them the half eaten incorrect sandwiches even though I’ve never experienced that at a restaurant.(My daughter started eating the incorrect sandwich because she was starving and we had no idea how long it would take for the correct food to arrive. After the driver left we called the store to complain because the driver was rude and the manager was extremely rude. He went on to say that they had to make sure we weren’t lying to them. Upon asking for the owner’s contact info he refused to give the information and them placed us on hold. We hung up and then received a call back from him 15 minutes later asking if we were the ones who hung up on him. He then proceeded to continue being rude and never apologized for the fact that the order was messed up in the first place. I am appalled by the lack of respect and decency given to a paying customer by this store. We will never order from this one again. HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE!!!

I love Jimmy John’s and eat a sandwich from a location in Addison regularly. However, I made the mistake of thinking this location would be equally satisfying. I was wrong. After ordering 4 sandwiches for delivery from this specific location on Jupiter, that is less than a mile and a half from my home. I waited for my delivery an hour and fifteen minutes before calling about my order. The manager blamed the issue on traffic. After calling back fifteen minutes later to check again, I asked If I should just come get my sandwiches myself. The manager on duty replied yes. At this point I cancelled my order and the manager slammed the phone down, hanging up on me. I don’t know what kind of training managers receive from Jimmy John’s but this is no way to handle a customer ever. I will not be taking advantage of this location again. There are too many other options in the area for food and service that exhibit better people skills. As for my Addison location, I continue to order a sandwich every Wednesday with«freaky fast» results. That location never misses a beat! The Jupiter location should visit the team in Addison for pointers.

An OK sandwich but sketchy delivery and occasional order confusion. This place is located somewhat close to my office, so I end up there every once in a while. My first comment is to agree with the previous reviewers who recommend staying away from the left side(normal size sandwiches) of the menu. They are mostly bread. The sandwiches on the right side(«club» sandwiches) are actually competitive with other shops and if you order them with wheat bread you can even get a non-sub bun… the wheat bread option provides normal(square) bread… which is kind of neat. I’ve ordered delivery a few times, and it seems that every time it has taken a REALLY long time for the food to show up – like 30 – 45 minutes. For a place that prides itself on being«freaky fast» this is really not that good. Drive thru is super fast though — the sandwich is usually ready by the time you pull up. The other thing that kind of gets me about this place is that I have had a relatively large number of order mix-ups here(at the drive thru…). Getting the sandwich home and discovering the wrong meat or extra toppings I’ve asked(and paid) for aren’t included is also not cool… maybe they just have a rack of random sandwiches that they pull from if they think they won’t have your order ready in time?!? Overall, an OK choice for a fast sandwich, but I think there are better sandwich options nearby.

Shoulda gone to Jersey Mikes This place has no pickles, banana peppers, salt, pepper or bacon! The soda machine makes the loudest fire alarm-like sound in random intervals. Subway, as aweful as they are, is a far superior sandwich shop. Needless to say, I wont be back.

There’s an older curly haired blond man that works there. He has no manners and no sanitation whatsoever. He took my order, took my money, and never took his glove off. He then went back to work on sandwiches using the same gloves. Then later a lady asked him for napkins cuz they hide the napkins behind the counter. He yells to her it’s over there and kept on pointing and pointing until she eventually found it. He is the absolute worst example of employees working in a food establishment. Don’t go there if you see him working there. Hell don’t go there until he gets fired.

Cleanliness is an issue. After placing my order, I went to the restroom to wash my hands. As I was walking in, an employee was walking out. It was obvious to me that he had not washed his hands. I could ignore that since there is a sink behind the counter and they may have a policy to do that… but he left the toilet unflushed. I’m disgusted to think what other habits this person has, and won’t be returning. Just to be completely clear, I visited the Jimmy Johns across the street from the post office.

Jimmy Johns is a no frills sub shop delivering tasty and affordable subs at a modest price. I say no frills because they’re not about a million different toppings, and a thousand different dressings. By default, they serve their subs on french bread but also have a 7-grain option which I’ve never tried. They offer two basic sizes 8″ and giant and have the standard assortment of toppings. My favorite is the Italian Night Club with the hot peppers. Its a relatively simple, tasty sub that you can enjoy with chips and a drink for less than $ 9.(for a giant sub)
