DO NOT GO HERE! I went in for an oil change and my bill just kept racking up with things they were trying to sell me on that were not needed. One was that I was told my brake pads needed to be changed because they were wore down not knowing I had just purchased new break pads a month before! In the end, I waited almost two hours so they could try to up sell me and lie straight to my face. Go somewhere more honest and save your wallet.

New ownership = more service and better overall experience. They are full service now, offer loaner cars for substantial work and… unlike my dealer shop… don’t seem to find or invent work (or ways to charge me for things I don’t need).
The price on the work I had done wasn’t a grand savings vs the dealer but unlike the dealer I was sure this was stuff I needed to have done.
The work took a couple days longer than expected. but they couldn’t have been more friendly and informative about my repair.

I liked the previous owners. I asked for state inspection. They didn’t ask or tell me they were going to inspect my car for non inspection related items to up sell me on service which made the inspection take longer.
The items mentioned needed work, I have already done myself personally or had the dealership has very recently taken care of. One item in question was bake pads are worn. I had the dealership replace front/​rear brake pads recently — And the rotors were machined and the brake fluid was replaced because I asked the dealership to do it at additional cost so I am not cheap on maintenance. But I refused to pay for unnecessary maintenance.
When I said no nicely to the recommended work, the two techs (I think one is the manger) was not friendly and gave me a look of disgust like I did wrong them.
I hope they change their ways.

Came into town to visit family for the weekend and dropped my car off by for a quick oil change for my 2005 Toyota Corolla. I got a call a few hours later claiming that one of my engine mounts needed to be replaced and it would only be about $ 60. I went to pick up my car a few hours later and they surprised me with a $ 500 charge instead. Not only was I more than irritated about the extra charge, when I drove my car away, my car was vibrating so badly, I couldn’t grip my steering wheel.
Coincidentally, they promised that changing another mount would fix the problem. $ 1000 later, I had 2 new engine mounts and the new found knowledge that engine mounts usually last the lifetime of your car unless your engine has an above average amount of torque exerted on it (off-​roading or chargers).
So ladies, young adults, and less-​than-​car experts beware because they will prey on you if you give them the chance.

I will give two stars since they did the state inspection quickly. What really displeased me was the nerve they had trying to do an upsell claiming transmission fluid needed to be changed for the state inspection. Very unethical.

Very well run auto repair in Plano. I would recommend their services because they are dealer quality repair for a reasonble price. They have very good customer hours so folks can get work done when they need it.

Huge scammers!!! I went here to get an oil change, (of course was told my transmission fluid and air filter needed to be replaced when neither did) and some very fishy things happened. I have had zero problems with my car in the five years I’ve owned it and then after leaving this place (literally 12 hour later) my power steering stops working, my car won’t start, and my brake fluid is suddenly empty. They told me that I could bring it back but I would have to pay for it all. Sounds like a business trying to take advantage of a girl who doesn’t know much about cars to me. DO NOT GO HERE.

Stopped in for an inspection sticker and oil change, about 20 min before they close for the day. The manager comes running out 10 min after I pull in to tell me that my drain plug is so loose he doesn’t want to touch it since he doesn’t think it will go back on. Course he did so with such a «vibe» that I couldn’t really believe him and when I prodded that his technician may have caused it, he grabbed the previous sticker off the windshield to blame that place (another Kwik Kar across town). So I stopped the oil change there. Still had them do the state inspection, which was ok.
But I’m not sure if I can trust these guys enough to suggest you try them, and that’s why the 2 stars.
Don’t think I’ll be back.
