Living at this complex was the worst experience I’ve ever had and I wish I could erase it from my memory. From dealing with the revolving door of management to my rude neighbors to the general uncleanliness of the property, Lincoln Town Square was an all-around failure to meet my expectations of what an apartment community should be, especially for the rent they charge. Several appliances were malfunctioning or broken when I moved in, I had ants crawling up my drain pipes from my neighbor’s apartment below, and management mis-accounted for my security deposit and refused to return it to me upon move out. I found a much nicer community a few miles away with better amenities and cheaper rent and am much happier. I wouldn’t recommend living at Lincoln to anyone.

While I have not yet moved in, I am greatly looking forward to my arrival date at Lincon at Town Square. My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Chelsea and Alyssa in finding our new apartment home. Both of them have been incredibly informative, helpful in finding something that will fit our needs, and patient with our somewhat picky requests. They showed us some great floorplans to choose from, there are fantastic appliances and upgrades in Phase 1 and 2, so much so my husband is even considering getting Time Warner for Internet so we could have the stainless steel french door refridgerator. All in all, based on our tour experience, I think we will be very happy here.

Stay away from Lincoln at Town Square, they don’t let you see the Apartment before you Move in after signing the lease and paying the fee your allowed to move in and once you step in the Apartment then you will experience smelly, old, stinky place, dirty kitchen boards bath room sinks, tubs, knobs, paint coming off the bedroom doors, poor quality blinds, old windows they won’t even open, If they had shown the apartment before we move certainly we would go for other apartments that’s why they don’t show the actual place you are about to move into. The staff is very rude and unprofessional, save yourself from this horrible place. I will not renew my lease here and never recommend this place to any of my friends, colleagues.

Wish I could give them zero stars. I lived here for a total of 3 months, and the entire time I occupied the space I actually slept here 3 – 4 times a month. Parking is horrendous. My car got towed the first night I moved in, the front office should warn the residents about surrounding apartment complexes. My apartment reeked and I mean smelled soooo bad of curry, I love Indian food but I don’t love smelling it on my clothes, my couch, my towels hanging in my bathroom… Coworkers even told me they smelled it. My cat got sick and threw up everywhere. I asked management about transferring to another clean apartment.(I also found several Indian spice wrappers in my kitchen cabinets) and they refused to work with me, the only thing they did was put an ozone air cleaner in my apartment, which solved my problem until my neighbors downstairs started cooking again. The walls are paper thin– I even heard my neighbors sneezing. I also could hear word for word their movies… This place is awful… Because management wasn’t willing to work with me, I was forced to pay 2.5k to break my stupid lease and even corporate not willing to work with me because the apartment director claimed she didn’t smell anything, even though in small talk she admitted this is a repeated problem. I would hope no one leases from this place.

The apartments and management sucks big time. I moved to a two bedroom apartment in the phase 2 section. They didn’t bother to clean the apartment before leasing it out to me. I have an infant with me, i find dog hairs everywhere. I mean everywhere. in my living room, both the bedrooms and kitchen too. I complained and they couldn’t do much as i already had my furniture assembled. I asked the manager to tranfer my lease a new clean apartment and she didn’t even consider my plea. I am really pissed at the management.

I have lived here for over 6 months now… and i look forward to spending the next 2 years here… Ive noticed other people posted issues with management responsiveness and I noticed most reviews were 22012 or prior… So I’m not sure if management changed or what… but I had nothing but pleasing experience with UDR Mgmt thus far… all my service requests(over 8 thus far) have been addressed within 24 hours… thus far it’s definitely been a pleasing experience… I always see cops patrolling the streets relentlessly too… hats off to the cops for their service. not one days has passed thus far that I have not noticed a cop patrolling the street where I live… Being an Indian… I must say. i was surprised with the Indian population at this location… I shouldn’t be saying it… but there are too many of us here for my comfort :) but what the hell… with 1.2 Billion population. we gotta be somewhere right :) The leasing office folks are definitely sweethearts… never had a negative experience or a rude exp with them thus far…

I lived here for two years. On the plus side it has large and inexpensive floor plans. I paid $ 1050 for a 1100 square foot townhome with a covered/attached garage. The space was very nice; it had a built in desk, fireplace, large counters, and deep closets. It’s also very close to Stonebriar Mall and Shops of Legacy. On the negative side the management is just not bright. I only had a few issues the whole time I lived there, but they either couldn’t figure out how to solve or just forgot and I had to keep asking.
