My journey started as a part time employee at the super busy and successful Nestle Toll House Café at Galleria Dallas over 8 years ago. I pursued this «sweet» passion to become shift leader to manager, and just this past year, I succeeded to own my very own café/​kiosk at the Collin Creek Mall!
