We hand wash windows inside and outside or outside only. We do not use a pressure washer or water pole system that leaves spots on the glass and can break thermal seals. We remove the screens and wash the bottom tracks. We include the interior lock ledges and window tracks. Everything is done from top to bottom no hidden charges.

Gutter cleaning is hand scooped. We clear the roof. We remove the debris and bag it. We do not leave the trash scattered on your yard. The next step is rinsing the gutters and checking all the downspouts to make sure they are clear and flowing properly.

Pressure washing or power washing of your home, sidewalks, driveways, and patios is done without harsh chemicals that kill plants and grass. If areas need light detergents we discuss that with you first and usually for small difficult areas.

All bids are free. We come to you and inspect the windows, gutters and areas to pressure wash.

The gentlemen that work with Sam have all been trained at his side. They understand that if the customer is not happy and the job is not done right, there is little chance of repairing the customers trust. Sam lives by the idea that if a customer is happy he or she may not tell anyone. If a customer is unhappy, he or she will tell every person they know how bad the experience was.
