Pet Supplies Plus

I love coming to this place every time; the prices are much lower than at Petsmart or Petco and the staff is always so sweet! I always get so excited to come back to pick up stuff to spoil my pup! :)

Favorite pet store to buy food and treats for my dog! Not only do they have a great selection of healthy and natural dog food brands that Petsmart or Petco doesn’t offer, but everything seems to be cheaper here at Pet Supplies Plus. They also always have a lot of items on sale which is nice.
My dog is super picky with his treats and I bought this chicken jerky hoping that he’ll like it but he hated it. I took it back and they accepted the return without any questions or hassle! It was really convenient and they didn’t make me feel bad. It’s definitely a big plus that the staff here are very friendly and helpful.

I love this place really.. I like to go there to buy some dog food .

Great store and great people. They always have what I want. But this dog wash is the bomb. Love the tubs but wish they had some grooming supplies no brush or bail trimmers

Most convenient next door to Sprouts where we shop every week. They offer a good selection of wild bird feed. And the staff is always friendly and courteous.

The store is in an excellent location with plenty of parking no matter what time of day you choose to go. For a relatively small store they also have an unbelievable selection. They carry all of the best dog food brands, and a great selection of treats. The staff is also extremely knowledgable about their products, and is great at offering suggestions.

Really great selection of pet food and pet supplies. My wife and I have found that their everyday prices are normally cheaper than the sale price at places like Petsmart and Petco. And they carry more of the premium/​healthier dog food choices than at those other places.
We’ve also found the staff there to be really friendly and helpful and if you sign up your pet, they got a free toy for their birthday. Note: The coupon for the free toy can be redeemed for just $ 5.00 of any item (food or otherwise) because they know not all pets like toys.

My favorite Pet Supplies Plus location! This location is clean and staffed with friendly and knowledgeable employees. They have a fantastic selection of foods, treats, pet supplies, vitamins/​supplements, toys, etc. that fits every kind of budget. We like their good selection of organic/​healthy dog foods, treats, and supplements. If you approach a staff member with a question that they don’t have an answer to, they will immediately ask for a manager to assist. The managers are always willing to go that extra mile to answer questions or provide resolution. I’ve interacted with one manager (wish I remembered his name) on numerous occasions, for product inquiries and a return, all handled to complete satisfaction. Though we have a pet store right in our neighborhood, we don’t mind making that extra 20 minute drive to this location to make routine supply runs!

My first time here I had to shop for guinea pig supplies secretly because they were a Christmas gift to my kids. The employees kept my kids entertained at the fish tank, talking to them about the fish and feeding them, while I selected and paid. The clerk was so friendly. The materials were so easy to find and the stores organization was awesome. I signed up for a frequent buyers card and will continue to return there. Awesome employees, clean and organized.

First time here and my Maltese terrier and I loved it! As soon as you go in the people help you right away. Everyone is extremity on point when selling their amazing product. From now on this is where Necia my dog and I will go.

Some of the nicest and most helpful staff I have ever had an interaction with. Sometimes you go into a petsmart and only get a door greeting, but here they go above and beyond. Christopher and Collin are the best! Go to them for any of your pets needs.

Went in today and also took the pup to get a heart worn test as every Thursday they have a cat and dog vet and staff. Great store I will go back.

the staff was very helpful (helped educate and guide me) when choosing the right dog food. even set up with a member card. This is my new preferred pet store. I recommend you at least stop by to visit the store and if possible visit during their events they hold once a month. Thanks Erin and staff :)

So I have a photo of my Angel Princess Kitten on a t-​shirt. Yes, I am one of THOSE people. Do. Not. Judge. Me. I looooove me some kitties. Anyway, I feed my cats Evo Cat Food, because Elitist Husband SWEARS IT’S THE BEST CATFOOD ON THE PLANET. It’s like ridiculously overpriced and hard to find since the recalls, so I had to step away from the computer and learn how to shop in person again (gag), luckily, I found myself in Pet Supplies Plus. They are so not like Pets Mart. I mean, Pets Mart is nice; Pet Supplies Plus went outta their way to help me. They all explained the recall and called other stores to look for this magic cat food (without my prompting them) and they even took my number to let me know when it would be back in stock! Über helpful and not all up in yo business!

After months dealing with my dog and his skin allergies I decided to try better quality food. I did a lot of research online and finally decided on prepackaged raw. The problem is that the big name pet stores do not carry raw dog food. That is why I was so happy to find Pet Supplies Plus. They not only carry a wide range of better foods (including raw) but also carry treats and chews that I can’t find elsewhere. I am also able to find better quality cat food for my cat here.
The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable.
I am very happy I found this store. I have much healthier and happier pets now. I am happy to support this smaller chain pet store.

This is such a great pet store. Love the 9am to 9 pm hours each day, staff is great, good prices.

I was in the area and needed more cat food and since my kitties are spoiled brats, I had to come here to get their Taste of the Wild food. It was also one of my kitties’ adoption anniversary so I thought I’d pick up something a little special (squeaky mouse toy, cat grass, wet food AND their dry food). The staff was friendly. The only thing that was weird was that they didn’t have my bf’s phone number in the system, I forgot our card at home and they couldn’t pull him up by phone number or name… I ended up signing up for my own card which was free, fast and easy but still…

This place is between Sprouts & Hobby Lobby & parking is always easy to find.
Lady & I always feel welcome when we come here! The staff are friendly & helpful… and also knowledgeable (I’ve asked them questions about dog food & fish… and they know how to answer my questions). They also have a really good selection of dog food, toys, toiletries, etc. and everything is organized well.
But the best part about Pet Supplies Plus is their toenail clipping service (for a donation) & their low cost vaccine clinics (every 3^rd Thursday of the month from 3pm-​8pm).
Lady got her updated vaccines (rabies, bordatella, etc) for about $ 50 & it only took 10 minutes. Awesome!

I must confess– while chain pet stores are not my fave– Pet Supplies «Plus» (I always wonder what those quotation marks MEAN?!?) is a regular spot for me.
They carry some higher end brands of dog food, and have quite the extensive selection of those brands. This particular store also has several standup freezers in the back stocked with special raw frozen foods.
I’m one of those nerdy pet people that probably reads more on the labels of what I’m feeding my precious pup– than I read labels for myself. Currently, we’re feeding Nature’s Variety Instinct Raw Frozen diet — and they always have several different protein options to choose from (chicken, organic chicken, beef, bison, venison, lamb, rabbit, duck). You don’t typically find this particular food in all it’s varieties at other big pet stores — it’s often found in smaller specialty pet food stores.
I’ve been to a few of the other PSP stores around town, but I think this one seems the biggest, cleanest, and has more to choose from.
