Physical Therapy of Plano

I really enjoy coming here for my shoulder therapy. The staff is super friendly and the environment is really comfortable. I’ve made some great progress with Stephanie and I feel like she really does give a shit. Lol
The only thing that pissed me off is that before I started coming here I provided my insurance information see how much my therapy would be costing me. They told me that my insurance went through and I would pay $ 30 per visit. Excellent. So I started going for the next 2 months.
Then I got a call from the receptionist saying that there was a mix up with my insurance number and that I actually have to pay a deductible of $ 90 per visit. And that I would be receiving a bill for the difference for the past 2 months! This has caused quite a problem for me and has substantially delayed my recovery.
I’m not sure whose fault it is, it just really sucks.

I have been going to physical therapy here and at Physical Therapy of Richardson (same owner) for almost 9 months. I was in a really bad motorcycle accident last year so I’ve received treatment for my legs, back, shoulders, and arms. Carolyn Sink is awesome! So are all of the PT assistants. I had been going to Baylor and was really unhappy with the quality of treatment, but Carolyn completely changed my views on physical therapy. She is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and she has helped me tremendously in my recovery. Furthermore, the clinic is a fun place to be and everyone there has a great sense of humor. The banter alone makes me look forward to my next visit. I highly recommend Physical Therapy of Plano.
Oh, one more thing. I have met many other patients there over the past 9 months, and for the most part everyone seems to me to be quite satisfied with their treatment.
