Dr. Jeffrey Caruth, cosmetic surgeon and physician trainer for SmartLipo, Cellulaze, Bodyjet and radio frequency procedures. He began his medical career in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He delivered babies for 18 years and incorporated a medical spa into his practice. The medical spa has grown and transformed to an office based surgery accredited surgery center and diet office. Our office is committed to providing the best service to our clients.

Dr. Jeffrey Caruth is a cosmetic surgeon and the on-​site medical director of Plano Aesthetics. He specializes in body contouring, fat transfer and AWAKE Breast Augmentation. Procedures are done in the office with only a mild sedative allowing for a quicker recovery and for patient input throughout the procedures. His attention to detail and expertise in this field has led him to train other physicians in his body contouring techniques.

Dr. Caruth is the only physician in North Texas licensed to provide the Dr. TED diet. As seen on many DFW news programs, the Dr. TED diet program has helped thousands of patients reach their weight loss goals. The program uses HCG and an endorphin releasing cream to suppress appetite, and increase serotonin. Patients come in weekly for counseling and a Slim Shot that helps with fat metabolism and boost energy levels.
