Yesterday, I had a colonoscopy at this facility and I cannot emphasize how professional this organization is. Everything about the way I was treated was way beyond my expectations. This is as good as it gets!

We are big fans of our doctor who is a partner in this facility. My wife recently went in for some minor surgery. She was required to stay overnight. The staff for the most part was friendly and courteous although lacked any sense of urgency. The place is clean, comfortable, and the food is actually pretty good.
My frustration is in trying to contact the hospital on a Saturday to speak with my wife and ask the staff to locate the doctor for her discharge. I called (972) 403‑2700 — Main Number and was hung up on repeatedly. No way to get a hold of the doctor or my wife to coordinate a pick up. Totally unacceptable and ruined a pretty good experience otherwise.
