Red Hot & Blue offers downright tasty BBQ served up with a southern hospitality charm. Whether you like ‘em dry, wet or sweet, our award-​winning ribs will have you coming back for more! Or try our other BBQ favorites: pulled pork, pulled chicken, beef brisket, smoked sausage & smoked turkey. Our signature BBQ sauces, homemade sides, sweet warm biscuits & savory desserts truly define the authenticity of our establishment. Adding to our southern charm we have our friendly servers, full service bar & soulful blues music.

In addition to dining in, we offer carry out, bulk order delivery & full service catering. For parties of 75 or more, we provide everything you need to cater your special event. While you focus on your guests, we’ll focus on the serving & cleaning. Order from our catering menus, which include a variety of our smokehouse selections, appetizers, desserts & beverages.

Established in 1988 The name Red Hot & Blue is taken from the title of DJ Dewey Phillip’s radio show that aired on WHBQ-​AM in Memphis, Tennessee in the 1950’s. This radio show introduced the world to Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis and Johnny Cash and broadened the audience for artists like B.B. King, Muddy Waters, Robert Cray, and Rufus Thomas. The atmosphere at Red Hot & Blue captures the essence of this timeless era with its hand picked blues memorabilia and the classic rhythm and blue tunes playing in the foreground. From the beginning, the barbecue had to be authentic, using hickory logs, low temperature and long cooking times with only top quality meats and ingredients.

Barbeque is said to be one of the only «truly American» foods and its history is firmly rooted in «the South.» Red Hot & Blue is honored to be one of the truly great barbeque companies in America delivering tradition and value each and every day.
