I seriously had to think back on it, but my family has been using Roy as our Mechanic in Plano since 1996. For nearly 20 years, Roy has been everything you could possibly want in a mechanic. He goes out of his way to tell you exactly what needs to be done, and how to do so with the least possible cost involved. He’s even recommended other shops in the few and far between instances in which he thought they could do a better job. A wonderful person, I would consider him a friend of our family now. I cannot say enough about Roy, he’s a phenomenal mechanic with strong moral values. I don’t think that exists anymore in the rest of the world.
