Get ready… get set… smoke a cigarette. We got off to a good start when Richard (owner) answered my inquiry by phone. «Send us your files» was the start of the end. Files sent via email, no confirmation of receipt, so I called Richard again the next day. 10 minutes into the call, he «found» the files, and said he would follow back up. No follow up and no follow through. Chased them for a few more days, then quit holding my breath. Lost time and lost trust.

Definitely doesn’tlive up to the name. I ordered 5 smaller signs I need for outdoor use. First off, the company doesn’t have your signs by tomorrow. Maybe by next week. I picked up my finished signs and within a week they were ready for the garbage. They stuck together and faded. Plus, the wire sticks were poor quality. What makes it bad is that there were choices and I wasn’t given them. Also, no one told me not to store the signs in a hot place. It’s a sign… so, when I called to let them know and ask what could be done employee Ritchie said he would contact the owner, but I never got a call back; just attitude. This is bad customer service. Spend your money elsewhere.
