So sad to see the terrible reviews for this car wash. This used to be amazing back when it was Simonize. I got back into town to visit family and stopped here because it was my usual place, but was incredibly disappointed. I bought a full service package– tires weren’t cleaned well, they didn’t even open the trunk to vacuum it, and they didn’t even touch the dashboard… After they came to get me when it was«finished,» I inspected it, then drove right back around to the beginning. The kid jumped in to wipe the dash, but still hardly cleaned anything… I just got home, am writing this review, and now am going outside to finish the job myself.

If you are looking for a quality car wash, DONOTGOTHERE! just today had paid $ 24.99 for a carwash(inside and out). After inspecting my car I found mane dirty spots on wheels and windshield, also the interior wasn’t even cleaned at all, but they charger me for it. I complained to the guy in charge and had him and 2 other guys clean it all over again along with myself. Having to double check everything was a pain. DONOTGOTHERE, WASTEOFMONEY and TIME!

This place has gone from bad to worse over the years. And yes, I question why I still kept going. And now, it isn’t Simoniz any longer. It’s Big Kahuna. Stay away… These guys, minus the vacuum folks, don’t even try. You don’t even get greeted. They just look at you when you pull up and you tell them what you want. They will also abuse your car peeling away from the vacuum station. Additionally, I personally seen their driver pull cars to the finishing area well before they are supposed to be moved; basically popping over those tire stoppers like they were speed bumps. I had to say something when he did it with my car to I received a «OK, I’ll talk to him about it.» Yea right. Also, it’s obvious the guys drying/finishing your car have no QC. I went this weekend. Got home and there was crap STILL all over the bumper of my car. They also didn’t clean my side mirrors. What did they do for $ 20? I am not one of «those» who expects perfections or circles around checking every little thing. But… C’mon Man!!! Guess I’ll go to one of those fancy places on Mc Dermott from now on and people watch.

This is now Big Kahuna Carwash. I suggest you so not even attempt this place. I would give it zero stars if I could. My car was pristine when I took it there… now it has a big scratch, and the employees/management did not care. Also, after paying $ 13.99, the car was not not as clean as expected for that amount of money. I suggest you stay away.

Unscrupulous service — advertised a $ 58.99 service, used a $ 10 coupon, charged $ 68.99 claiming it was $ 58.99 with coupon included. Be careful of the salesperson — tries to upsell service and was very evasive about price. A shady operation all things considered.

I was told very rudely to get out of there without any offer to help or, at least, express the interest. When I got hold of the owner Mike Katz, we agreed on a day and time to meet to discuss the situation. Obviously he never showed up. So, at the end this car wash cost me $-220 Very, very unpleasant experience with very, very unprofessional people.
