Juliana is bonded, insured, certified and member of Pet Sitters International.​Juliana has been a pet lover and pet owner all her life and has been taking care of pets for over 19 years. Because of her love and passion for animals and taking care of pets, she resigned from her full time job as a Sr. Paralegal at a law firm to fully commit herself to being a full time pet sitter. Sparta Pet Sitters is awesome! Thomas took great care of our dog and two cats and sent us updates every time he went to see them. Our dog is very scared of strangers but Thomas quickly won his trust and did a perfect job. We felt our fur babies were safe and well taken care of. I can only recommend their services at a great price. I already booked their services for all our upcoming trips. :)

I have used Sparta Pet Sitters for 6 weeks and am extremely impressed. I opted to use a pet sitter over doggie day care to help my new pup with house training as well as alleviate the stress of rushing to pick up the pup after work. Juliana and her staff have met my needs 100%! The sitters — Kathlyn and Patsy — leave wonderful notes and pictures. They have both been instrumental in puppy training, with on leash walking and commands. Both of them pass along observations and suggestions to make the pup’s day more pleasant. Juliana is responsive to every request and has great patience with all the questions a new customer can have. Using Sparta has been a great decision and made the transition with a new pup a lot less disruptive.

We have been using Great Paws, now Sparta, on and off since August 2014. We were sending the dogs mainly to a boarding facility until sometime in 2015 when we shifted to having the dogs stay home with in-​home care. I was concerned the dogs would be lonely, but we schedule at least 2 walks a day, which is more than they get when we are home and they seem happy.

Sparta has a very good online scheduling and payment system so everything can be done online. They are 100% reliable, the walkers send updates with each visit and I completely trust them in our home and with our pets. Our current walker is Michelle and she is really great with us and the dogs.

I have had the most outstanding experience with Great Paw Pet Sitters. Juliana takes care of my two puppies as if they were her own! On a very busy holiday weekend, I needed a last minute change to my schedule, and Juliana magically made it work. They are really great about keeping you updated on your dog’s business (they send you a «pet care journal» entry after every visit). We are so happy we found this service!

My husband and I have only been clients of Great Paws for about two weeks but in those two short weeks we have been extremely impressed with the service they have provided. We have a six month old golden retriever with lots of energy that needs a mid day potty break while we are at work. An example of their great service: our dog had gotten sick in his kennel after chewing the handle off a bag that was left too close to his kennel. Joel, our dog walker/​co-​owner, called us and told us what had happened, cleaned up the mess, and even took pictures so we knew exactly what occurred. Not only did he go above and beyond to care for our sick puppy, he even called later that evening to check on him. We truly love Great Paws! We know our dog is in great hands and he always looks so happy in the Pet Care Journal photos.

Awesome!!! I have been using Great Paw Pet Sitters for a few months now, for the times I have to be out of town. I have nothing but great things to say about Christine! She loves on my kitties and makes sure they have plenty of food and fresh water. Even cleans out the litter box every visit! I absolutely love the journal I get after each visit with a picture of each kitty and an update. It really puts me at ease. I don’t know what I’d do without them! I can’t imagine my kitties being in a cage for a few days, much less a week! It really is best for kitties to have a pet sitter, no trauma! Highly Recommended!

I can not put into words how happy I am with Great Paw Pet Sitters. I was in need of service, and quick. I called on a Sunday at 1PM and got to meet my walker, Pamela, within a couple hours! It was amazingly prompt. The administration of the site and service is outstanding, with the ability to communicate and manage the appointments in a streamlined manner.
The service itself was phenomenal, with my walker providing me a detailed progress report WITH PICTURES of the walk.
It was so important to see that feedback, and put my mind at ease!

Great experience with great paw. Needed some last minute setup for out of town need. Owners worked with me to get someone to my home ASAP to care for my pets, when back from my trip even left a nice thank you note and even got to see my pet kids from pics posted to Facebook! Looked happy and cared for! Love this service and financially reasonable for the convenience. Also no traumatized pets coming back from boarding. Will be using them again SOON!

Julianna is great, she truly cares about my cats and all creatures. Her prices are reasonable and I can always count on her. I travel frequently and needed someone I could rely on. After doing the research she came out on top. Her initial consultation is truly what sold me. She spent the time to explain everything and get to know me and my pets. It made the world of difference and I am happy to recommend her to anyone.
