Starbucks

Came in this morning & went through the drive threw it was a little slow, but I wasn’t in a rush so it didn’t matter. When I got to the window the guy gave me my drink without my request of extra whip cream, but I told him & he was quick to fix the problem, but still didn’t give me the extra like I had asked.

I stop here frequently. Over the last month the breakfast sandwich has not been fully heated and is either cold or even frozen. I finally asked the person who said she was in charge and she told me their oven doesn’t work correctly. And has not for over a month. SO they are knowingly selling food not heated and not edible and simply don’t care. Her answer was they are planning to get it fixed. This is really terrible.

Fast and friendly staff.
Only issue is the store wasnt very «warm and inviting» as a lot of other locations are.

Last night (TUESDAY 10/​20/​2015) my girlfriend and I stopped by this Starbucks at about 8:10 pm. She had to use to bathroom and as a employee of a place that gets frequent restroom customers (that do not buy anything) I felt it necessary to go in as well and purchase a Hot Chocolate to make it fair. We use your bathroom, I give you money. Easy right? Not. A total of 4 employees were behind the counter cleaning and I’m assuming getting ready to close. (Even though they close at 9 pm and should not even start cleaning until that time) No big deal, I wait patiently— first employee looks up from sweeping the floor and literally makes eye contact then looks back down to continue sweeping. The next in the back wiping off counters looks up at me as well… I then say «Hello, how are y’all?» — No reply. The 3^rd employee looks up after I had greeted the group (hoping one of them would play cashier and do their fking job.) ALL 4 CONTINUED CLEANING. Not a single worker came over the the register to ask what I would like this evening or even say HI for that matter. So here’s your gold star you deserve, night crew that works Tuesdays. You are lucky you even have this job. Enjoy the time you have there because once someone important finds out about y’all’s work ethic you WILL NOT be around any longer. I wish I could tell every single one of them to clock out and lock the front doors. Whats the point in even opening this business if you don’t want to conduct it. Thanks for letting me piss on your floors, at least you enjoy cleaning.

I come to this particular Starbucks frequently. I have seen a significant improvement in the attitude of the barista’s as well as the quality of the product. My iced coffee has been perfect the last three visits.
Only negative to this location exit sometimes they run out of parking.
Interior has been kept clean and same for the bathrooms.

I have been coming here for the last 5 years, always have great service, it’s a great place to just kick back.

Great location, but parking can be an issue… especially in the morning! Free WiFi courtesy of Google! Plenty of electrical outlets so you can plug your devices in.

I rarely feel the need to write a review, especially for a change store such as Starbucks.
But I am feeling compelled to speak out for the young man that took my order toady.
The place has a handful of patrons and almost as many employees. One gal is rearranging the new holiday display and the others are at their stations, ready for action.
I ordered my sandwich first, knowing that it would need to be heated… then my drink. The timid young man taking my order is surrounded by females that are not afraid to carry on a conversation loud enough to be heard throughout the entire store.
The confident barista prepared and then handed me my beverage. I am still waiting on the sandwich so she’s wondering why I’m not skipping out the door on my merry way… «are you waiting on a sandwich?» «Yes»
She discretely taps her ear piece. I have no idea what she says but it is obvious that she has the attention of her fellow coworkers.
At this point it has only been a minute or two since I placed my order so… no big deal as far as I’m concerned. But apparently it was a big deal to yet another barista that popped out of nowhere feeling the need to try out the strength of her megaphone type voice.
Hardly appropriate. The people that need to know «the protocal» she barked out are standing next to or a few feet from her. Young man appears to be new to his job and now his face is red… sorry you have to work with such disrespect.
I give the food and beverage a 4 just because it’s not too hard to make an iced drink and stick a pre made sandwich in a oven. And they were both quite tasty.
The service gets a 1 based on the message above and on how loud the employees speak when they interact. Including a gentleman that may have been the manager.

Let me tell you. I love starbucks. And I love this location. They are quick and efficient. What more do you want from a drive thru!
They are usually friendly, and 99% of the time they make the correct order. This is why I love this location!

This is my neighborhood Starbucks, right around the corner, not as busy. Love the ladies that work there, always greet customers & friendly. Super fast service as well.

When I’m in the area and the Starbucks on Custer is crazy busy I like to come over here. The baristas move a little faster and they have lots of room inside if you need to go sit down and do some work.

Top notch store among good stores. Consistent, friendly and clean. Lots of space to work, but can get a little loud on Sundays when the church crowd rolls in.

This location is a little inconsistent for a Starbucks. The coffee is not always full and the flavor is sometimes off.
The staff is friendly and quick, but not my favorite stop.

I try so hard to not want green tea latte’s in the morning since I need a part time job to pay for a weekly Starbucks habit. Not only is the service great and fast for an early morning with office commuters by the dozens at any given time in line. The staff is the friendliest out of all the Starbuck’s I have visited. I have visited quite a few too. Thanks guys for helping to make a work day morning more pleasant with smiles on your face.

My second new Starbucks in as many days; this one is in a somewhat modest, older retail area, and is a little tight in the drive-​thru, but they delivered. My drink is not the easiest to describe, and they did have to remake it, but did so with a smile. My friend’s caramel frappucino was great.

This is a good Starbucks to hit up for drive-​thru since this one doesn’t seem to get as crowded versus others in the area. Just be careful of the tight left turn after you order and after you get your drink.

This Starbucks is great! I’m pretty much a Starbucks fiend but they are definitely quick and efficient here. Their drive through is great and always fast and I really love it because I usually come here right before work and I don’t like sitting there for a long time when I’m in a hurry.

I visit their drive thru at least once a week and hardly ever have to wait very long — they are very, very quick. More importantly, this location is one of the few Starbucks I’ve visited that makes a *consistently* good cup of coffee. I’ve been to quite a few around Plano, and most have been hit or miss; some do a decent job, while others have been either too weak or had that god awful burnt aftertaste. I’m glad this location knows how to do it right, and do it right repeatedly. Good stuff.

This place is right on the corner and has a drive thru! I always get fabulous service from the gang that works here. They are wonderful crew of employees!
The drive through is easy access. The only set back is that it is frequently full!
