I have a daughter who is allergic to milk. Got her the usual soy drink this morning, and they used whole milk. Even the cup said soy. Thanks Starbuck, she is very very ill.

Like this location better than most Starbucks for reading or work time. Drive thru is always packed so I usually skip that and order inside. This store has one of the largest layouts for seating with small tables along the side and front and 8 comfy upholstered armchairs in the middle. Not as loud as other Starbucks so it’s a lot easier to get some work done, and the size of this place doesn’t leave you feeling like you are sitting on top of someone else. It also helps that the music isn’t as loud as other stores.

Ordered my wife a mocha latte and a green tea lemonade. The mocha latte showed up with a green tea frap. I waited and walked over to see the name on the frap and it was mine. So I talked to the person at the front desk and they returned me the money for the frap and said a new green tea lemonade was coming. It did not and I asked the person at the desk they had an attitude of your not going to drink the frap we made. I got mad and walked out before I made an ass of my self.

A couple of years ago, I had a problem with the Starbucks. Service was not good and the place was not clean. Contacted the District manager for the store. Dottie Levine.
She called me back and asked information about my experience.
Shortly afterwards, she retrained the entire staff and changed management. This has now been my go to store in the DFW area.
The product is consistent. The barista always has a smile. They are pleasant and a pleasure to come by and enjoy a beverage or a snack.
Even the drive-​through experience is a cut above.

I know we’re supposed to grade the place itself but let me just say that the people that run this place as well as the people that hang out here are the most interesting crowd to be around. Not a boring moment spent here haha. If I didn’t know better I’d swear I’m in Manhattan every time I stop by. It’s fast paced, you see businesses run at every table, meetings, dates too ;) You make a friend every day here and I think that’s important, to have quality people to be around and make it interesting every day you go there. All and all — love it!

The drive through line is always ridiculous especially on Saturday mornings. The baristas are a little hit or miss… sometimes they move slow but overall you can get a great cup of joe here.

Sitting at this location as I write this. Starbucks is almost full with a variety of customers. One young girl being home schooled. Great place to people watch. Drinks are good and today was prepared very quickly even with lots of customers. Hot outside and this place is very cool inside. Great stop for a break.

This is a very good operation. They quick, friendly and they keep the place clean. It’s nice they have a drive they, but we stayed inside and got to chill and talk for hours. Excellent ppl watching environment.

If you’re a regular and come here in the morning they’ll know your first name. The service is awesome and full of friendly faces.
This place gets quite busy in the morning. So get here early so you’re not late.
Also, it’s an awesome place to just wire in and get to work.

This location is on my drive to work! I have always just ordered from their drive thru, which does get packed at times, since it’s in such a prime location.
The staff here has always been friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic (probably a perk from working in a coffee shop).
Today’s weather was scorching hot, so I ordered a refreshing caramel frappucino. I predicted my toddler would want some once she saw caramel drizzled over a mound of whipped cream, so I ordered decaf. My daughter drank half. Hubby insisted he doesn’t like sweetened coffee, but drank the other half.
Next time, they’ll need to order their own!

WOW! No review of this location yet? The drive-​thru here gets packed during busy hours so I skip that all together. For drive-​thru, I drive down to the Parker/​Alma location.
This is a great place to spend all day studying. There are decent amount of tables and plenty of outlets. The staff puts out sample drinks throughout the day which is pretty cool.
I try to order at least a few drinks and leave large tips; especially on days when I sit here all day and evening.
Wi-​fi connection has been consistently good.
