Okay, just walking into this place is kinda a nightmare. It is not organized, and it is difficult to find anything. As another Unilocaler mentioned, some of the foods are expired. There are better Indian grocery stores to go to. The staff is also not the kindest, but I’ll give them two stars.

This place has improved a lot in the recent past.
The best thing I like about the store is the Parathas that they sell here.
They are very fresh and well cooked but sadly they are not always available.
If you want to buy them better call and ask before you visit the store.
No other place in Plano serves these kinds of Parathas, its worth a try.

The store carries a lot of expired stuff and stuff without any expiration dates. Still a lot of people go and shop at this store — probably buying and consuming expired stuff.
The problem with expired food stuff is that you may not notice any ill effects immediately, but stuff like rancid oil can cause plague build up in arteries, cancer …
I bought Pani Puri boxes yesterday (28-Feb) from this store and here is what happened: checkout this lady stowing away all the expired stuff …:
