First time in the boutique was yesterday, the lady who assisted me was very sweet and engaged in conversation the entire time. I was buying a few things to figure out what my baby is going to wear for our family photos on Saturday and asked what their return policy is… she said full refund if brought back within 3 days. Well, I took 2 of the 3 items back in about 24 hours and a different lady was there to process my return. I was taken aback by her rudeness upon taking my items back. I am shocked that a small business owner doesn’t believe in customer service! To think, she was rude about a $ 70 return not thinking about the thousands of dollars she will lose out on because I will not shop there again.

What a great little boutique — if you want your kid to look different than all the little monkeys that are dressed by Target, then you need to come to the Petunia. Beautiful clothes, well made, and very fair prices. Yes, it’s not the cheapest stuff out there, but remember, you get what you pay for. We bought lots of clothes for my daughter here and they are so sturdy we have passed them down twice now. Tl: dr — want your baby to be the most fashionable? Come here.

My mother-​in-​law went to return a $ 40 pink tutu because my wife found one that she like at another place after I told her we could find one cheaper, which we did. The owner proceeded to grumble and moan and try and guilt trip her into buying more items. On the way out, the owner told my mother– in-​law, that I hope the «not-​so-​happy husband» gets better.
