Thornbury at Chase Oaks

We have lived here for one year, and recently renewed! With new management we were happy our new rate didn’t sky rocket like we imagined. They have done an entire 360 with the leasing office and it looks beautiful and so welcoming. The new office staff is very sweet super down to earth, and so helpful. We love the maintenance guys here, their all so efficient, nice and get the job done quickly. I HIGHLY recommend moving to the Thornbury complex. We love all the ladies in the office. The Mr. and I have lived here for just over a year after moving from the Austin area. After much searching for the most bang for our buck, we happily opted into a lease here. We just renewed, and with new management there was only a slight increase in rent.
The property is well maintained, office is helpful, and the maintenance crew responds quickly and efficiently. We had a pipe burst and flood our kitchen and living room at 11:30pm and they called us right back and it was all taken care of the next day. It’s quiet, safe, and close to everything, including a nice golf course within walking distance if you want to go drive a few balls after work.
The only complaint I have is the parking situation. If you get in past 8pm, don’t expect to park anywhere close to your apartment. But I have been informed that the new management is working on assigned parking, so hopefully that eliminates the hikes after getting in late at night.
If you are looking for a spacious, updated, safe home without the Dallas rent, I highly suggest Thornbury at Chase Oaks!

Not so great community. Things became worse when the management changed.
The staircase, verandas everything is dirty. The property is not maintained so well.

DONT MOVE HERE!!! If you do not get approved they will not give you your deposit back!!!
