What an amazing store. It has everything you could ever want when it comes to your beverage needs and customer service is the best I have ever seen. We shopped for various types of spirits and there was an expert there ready to help and answer your questions and samples so you make the right choice.

We were very impressed with the depth and breadth of the offerings here at Total Wine. They have hundreds of beers from all over the world — and the signs underneath describe styles, flavors, and countries of origin.
As impressive as the ber election is, the wine and hard liquor selection is as expansive, and as well-​organised.
The humidor area is sealed off so we don’t have to smell the cigar smoke.
Tasting area is classy and not crowded.
We will be back!

Extremely knowledable staff. They ordered Pisco within few days after I put in the request. Cigar selection is great as well.

TERRIBLE
Truly bad experience. All the management was there, yet they closed the drawers while I was in line. Since I was the last person, they said «oh sorry we thought everyone had left.» 5 mins after closing time. It was my sons 21^st birthday, and I was spending a lot to get some pretty bottles for his collection, and they ruined that. I waited till the next morning and for it somewhere else!

Love Total Wine! Haven’t been to one since we lived in NC so we are delighted to have one here close in Dallas! Prices are great and the selection is phenomenal– worth the trip if you don’t live close

This place has an excellent product selection, fun information regarding products, and great dealer programs regarding their products. However, some of the cashiers are just plain RUDE! If you are not buying over $ 100 of product, do not expect to be treated like a human being at the checkout line.

Awesome prices and you get to sample some of the alcohol. Hayden was our assistant and he was amazing! If your looking to restock the bar this is the place to go! Definitely will come back :)

Came here expecting average prices, if not 10−20% more $ because of the more varied selection, and was met with pleasant surprise of certain common items being $ 1 or 2 cheaper than the cheapest price usually found at Walmart or petrol stations.
Absolutely in love with the wine inventory. Separated by both types (Malbecs, Cabernets etc.) and origin (Germany, Portugal, Australia etc.). They have rare Rieslings and things I have never seen elsewhere, including Spec’s.
Employees weren’t hesitant to offer help or answer questions to the best of their knowledge and they seemed stacked on how many people they have on the floor.

Tons of everything! You want it, most likely they have it. Best prices of all the local beverage stores in the area.

This place saved the day! It was right by our Hotel. I really needed a good cold drink. We got some Crown Royal Apple, Triple Sec, & Vodka! I will be sleeping very peacefully tonight! Lol…

The prices, selection and knowledgeable staff are hard to beat. The only complaint about the Plano location is getting in and out of it!

Very nice, clean, well organized, and a great selection. It’s basically a liquor «sto» supermarket. The people who worked here were friendly for the most part, but our cashier could have been friendlier and more informed. I asked about something that was out of stock and his suggestion was «maybe in a week», but he was just saying it to say it.
They had a large craft beer selection where you can make your own 6 pack too. This is a great place to run if you need choices.

Don’t memorize the location of your favorite beverage because they move things around, unfortunately the employees can’t find it either.
And what about stocking Bud & Bud Light with Craft Beer.

Selection, selection, selection everything you need or want for a good time and party! Wine, spirits, beer of every quality and price is always a good thing! Then all the mixers and extras you could think of tops off the greatness! Store is very clean and organized from top to bottom! Plenty of parking and right off the high way!

This is one of the largest selections of craft beer you can find in Collin County. Which is probably for the best, best holy fuck, you live in Collin County. Who would choose to live in this suburban shithole? Wait, me? Damnit. Anyways, onto the craft beer selection.
Are you sitting down while reading this? Good. Well, this place has over 4 aisles dedicated to the goodness of craft beer. Not only the normal stuff, but the rarities that you’ve come to love. Though, you’ll probably have to be «in the know» or a super regular customer to catch one of the 2 or 3 cases per store releases like Lakewood BBT or PAA BA Bomb. And if you understood those acronyms, then congratulations. Total Wine Plano is for you. They have it all, even arranged by style if you’re looking to go exploring on your beer adventure.
Top to bottom, this place is fantastic. The only thing I wish would be better is the ability to get in and out of their parking lot on a Saturday or Friday night. It’s like playing Frogger with your life sometimes.

I was thrilled to find this mega-​mart of adult libations!
The prices are outrageously affordable, especially by the case.
The high end environment includes free samples, tasting classes and wide aisles.
The service is what sets it apart! There is always someone available to help you find a particular class of wine and not at all snobby or pretentious.
Checkout is a breeze with over a dozen stations to choose from!
This is so much classier and nicer than anything Dallas has to offer!

i came here b/​c i was given a gift card for christmas & had to pick up some last minute gifts.
of course, beverage depot will always be my spot! i don’t know if it’s just this location or what… too tight… they have too much to offer in such a small space! the employees were nice & helpful… i’m just spoiled by beverage depot… sorry!

Very large selection, especially of wines. The two employees I dealt with were both very nice, but neither had any idea where I might find the item I was looking for. It is an obscure whisky, so I was expecting as much. The other item I went in looking to see if they had in stock is a pretty common whisky available at other chain spirits stores, yet neither had any idea what I was talking about. Prices were OK from what I saw, but I was expecting a more knowledgeable staff. Pretty much a supermarket feel in terms of «pick it up if it’s there,» but don’t expect much more in the way of expertise.

This has got the be the largest and best beer/​wine store I’ve ever been to in my life! You will not find such a wide selection of beer, wines, and liquor than anywhere else on the planet!!! I could spend hours here looking at all the different wines and beers! Whatever you’re looking for, they got it! I found some neat wines from wineries I’d been to in California — found the odd seasonal beers I rarely see for sale in stores. It’s awesome. I spent way too much here!!!

My new favorite place for wine & spirits. I ran in for wine coolers and came out with a lot more. We spent over thirty minutes at Total Wine as it is huge. My husband was able to sample a beer/​coffee mix and said it wasn’t too bad. We’ll definitely be returning.
