Unique Carpet Cleaning was established in 2007 by Bruchard Lewis after having complications with locating a non-​toxic service provider.

Today, Unique Carpet Cleaning specializes in carpet, upholstery, tile/​grout and area rug cleaning services using cleaning agents that are safe for your family and pets.

We make every effort to use equipment and cleaning products that are the safest for you, your family, pets and the environment. Bruchard refuses to use cheap products that are not safe just to save a buck!

I am very happy with a Unique Carpet Cleaning. Bershard Lewis was amazing! He’s professional, courteous and does a great job! He cleaned 6 rooms plus stairs and it was affordable. I have pets and all stains were gone. I would definitely use him again.

I found Bruchard off a Google search and was amazed by the positive reviews. Decided to give Unique carpet cleaning a call and Bruchard responded promptly. During the conversation he went over all the procedures and gave me an affordable quote. Advised he would contact prior to coming out and he did just that. He was on time and ahead of schedule. Came in did a walk through of the house and in no time began working. Bruchard did a fantastic job on the carpet and will definitely be using him again. Great pricing, quality work and excellent customer service is what you will get with Bruchard.

There’s not a lot I can say that all of the other five-​star reviewers haven’t already. Do you need your carpets cleaned? Are you near the Plano/​Frisco area? Call Unique Carpet Cleaning.
Bruchard is friendly, professional, attentive, and courteous. He gets the job done quickly, without cutting corners. And you absolutely cannot beat the prices, especially considering the quality of work.
We called him on a Saturday, and he was able to fit us in the same day. Our carpets look like new, and we’re happy to know we can actually get them cleaned regularly without spending a fortune. Thanks, Bruchard!

What a positive experience. From the first call to job completion everything went perfectly. I was able to get next day service. I had two big stains that I thought for sure would not come out. My sister had used Unique to clean the carpets in her home and gave Bruchard rave reviews. I am usually skeptical of cleaners and their sales practices but trusting my sister’s evaluation, I contacted him via email. He responded very quickly with a detailed quote and he followed up to let me know that he would call on his way. Like clockwork, he called, told me where he was and asked if it was okay for him to proceed on his route to me. He did a walk through of the house, helped me move some light furniture and was very honest with me about makeup stains that he probably couldn’t get out.
This guy does not disappoint and I was very pleased with the end result. My carpet is only 7 years old but with kids and high traffic, it needed some love and it was shown just that. I will not hesitate in hiring this company again — professional, great work ethic!

We are currently living in a rental here in Frisco that the carpet should have already been replaced, but the landlord wants to wait another year. We didn’t want to break the bank since it is a rental, but we couldn’t take the dirty carpets or pet smell any longer.
Bruchard to the rescue! Found him on Unilocal and we couldn’t be happier with the price and the results. Carpets look better than they did when we moved in and the pet odor is GONE! While we are thrilled with the work, the customer service was equally awesome. Bruchard is the Chief, Cook and Bottle washer at Unique. He answers the phone, he sets the appointments, and he does he work himself. He explained the process ahead if time, called before he arrived, and showed up exactly on time. He didn’t try to sell us any extras or add-​on any services that we didn’t need. We paid the exact price he quoted us ahead of time. I also like a carpet cleaner that isn’t afraid to use text and email to communicate with their customers. Very convenient.
I don’t think we could have even rented a carpet cleaner and bought the products needed to clean carpets for the price we paid. Thank you Bruchard! See you in about 6 months.

Bruchard made our carpet look brand new and not to mention great customer service. He came in the exact time frame he told me. I’ll start by saying our carpet had not been professionally cleaned in 6 years. My expectations of ‘salvaging’ a few rooms were let high. 8 rooms, 2 staircases, we have a pet, so uh, yea.
It’s hard to pick out a carpet cleaning service. There’s so many of them with gimmick specials and you really never know who will show up. Look no further and call Bruchard at Unique Carpet Cleaning. Don’t believe me, just call: Cordial, punctual and professional. That’s no answering service, that’s the man on the business card and the one who shows up sharply dressed in uniform. His equipment is high end, nothing you’ll see in any hardware store. Bruchard’s attention to detail is top notch and spends the extra time to ensure your floors and corners are protected. After a quick review of expectations, he gets to work. No need to be around and get in the way, he knows what needs to be done and how to do it. Very professional and respectful.
Bruchard made our carpet look like the day we moved in. Excellent results, great/​fair pricing. No nickel and diming here. Just call the man, you’ll be glad you did.

Unique was amazing he came to do our carpets the same day we called. We had a company out of value oac come out and basically try to sell us a $ 1500 light bulb and had no intention of steaming our carpets.
We had moved all the furniture in 2 rooms to the living area and at 10:00am realized the company we had scheduled was not going to work out. Brushard with Unique was very professional, friendly, and prompt. Not to mention gave us a great price considering we were caught with our pants down.
The experience was great all the way around. I feel it’s also important to give a shout out to Brian with Fleet Services who is the company we had originally called at 10:00 he promised he would make it out to do our carpets but when he was unable to referred Brushard with Unique.

I love Unique Carpet Cleaning! He does a great job– we first had him by to clean our main walkways and a few bedrooms. Then we called him again after our dog had an accident that our regular spot vac couldn’t take care of. Carpet looks like new!
Bruchard does a thorough and great job. He calls when he’s on his way (great communication is a bonus) and is timely both in arrival and completion of cleaning. Very reasonably priced too!
