Zales Jewelers

I came by yesterday to find a present for someone. The manager kindly helped me find a nice necklace. But I was unsure about it at that time, so I asked her to hold it for me and that I’ll be back by the end of the day. By the time that I came back, the manager left for the day. So I told the nearest employee that I have something on hold and he was like «REALLY? You do?» Seems like he’s surprised that a girl can put something on hold. I got pissed off right there. Then another employee «helped» me. A young Brunette girl. She gave me an attitude whenever I asked questions like she’s fed up with everything. I swear I saw her rolled her eyes. Then when the transaction was finished, she just plopped my purchase on the table in front of me and walked away. Seriously they need to fire her if she continues that attitude. I don’t know why they’re keeping her in the first place. Just talk to the manager, Monica, she’s the only decent one there.
