Worst dealer. Ever the sales man just talk about his taxes and personal stuff he said he is tire of his job his name is Felipe he is not gonna take care of you I was waiting for more than 1:39 minutes just to see the car because he was busy on the phone I just told him sir I can’t waist my time and I whent to premium motors I just got there and in 1 hour I was driving home

Would give zero if I could.
Short story —
Car problems weeks after I bought the car and they wouldn’t do anything to help.
Took almost three months for them to get my tag in, and when they finally did they misplaced it. Took them a week then to get it shipped to me.
When they told me it would be next day.
Take the advice, go somewhere else.
The worst, the worst, the worst.

My experience here was not bad. I’ve been seeing this car online that I wanted and one day I was going to be within the area (I live 45 miles south). So I stopped by, saw it and since I’ve emailed them a few days back they’ve been pretty consistent (in a good way) about contacting me. I texted instead the day I was going and they set me up with «Joe». I showed up, saw the car and liked what I saw. Spoke to Joe and he explained he was not a pushy salesman, and he wasnt. We saw the car together, I didn’t ask many questions besides let’s see the carfax. I knew almost everything I needed to know about the actual car. When on a short test drive doing a circle around the block, that part should be longer. Heard out my options on Financing and Joe would go back to the manager looking for the best deal for me. Now I felt like he wasn’t going back there to actually find the best deal for me, just to find a way to accommodate me. So I got to drive away without a penny down, no proof of income and I traded in my old car for a fair price in order to get it discounted. I was promised gas and a «$ 200 car wash»… that’s where I’m most upset. The day i drove it off i didnt have enough time so they just gave me a quick wash outside. But when I took it for the «$ 200 car wash» it looked like the car sat there for the hour and a half that I waited and at the last 5 minutes they sprayed armor — all all over my interior… not even spreaded. just wet amorall on my dash. I had to ask for a rag to finish up myself. All in all, I’d might recommend someone here but suggest a few other places as well.

I would have elected to give zero stars if it were possible. You know that sleazy used car dealership you see in movies and TV shows? Well, that’s this dealership.
Made an appointment to view 2 vehicles the next day. Showed up, and unfortunately the kind, friendly woman I spoke with was not involved with sales – they could really use someone like her on the sales floor.
My boyfriend and I were directed to the vehicle of my choice, as the other one was supposedly sold earlier that day. Honestly, these people are so slimy it’s hard to tell whether it was true or just a bait and switch.
We got left with the vehicle and the key, and were promised that we would be shown everything after the test drive. The only thing they ever showed me was the rear view camera. We took a very brief test drive, and were told the salesman would meet us back at the vehicle with the Carfax. That never happened. Despite taking a 5 minute test drive, coming directly back, and staying in/​directly outside the vehicle the entire time, he somehow, in this gross, minuscule lot «couldn’t find us.» So when he finally found us after «looking everywhere,» he took us straight back to the office, rushed me through the Carfax, and asked if he should draw up the paperwork.
Sure – seems reasonable, after I spent the last two minutes pointing out the fact that the car had major, noticeable defects on both the interior and exterior that would be a considerable cost to to have restored, and was completely ignored. He didn’t take us back to the car or even try to address my concerns and questions. Instead, I had to listen to the same used car salesman drivel about how it’s «priced right.» A smart consumer does not pay full price for a vehicle that has clearly been neglected and sustained three VERY rough years of ownership. There was even a part on the front under the bumper that was falling off on one side. Nice – sounds like something I should pay full price for, said no one. Ever.
My personal favorite part about this, of course, is that they wanted to charge a $ 900 dealer fee. So, on top of this terrible experience and receiving ZERO help and guidance, I was expected to pay. Based on the very FAIR (definitely not good) condition of this vehicle, I made a very reasonable offer. These people just expect stupid people to walk in and throw them the figure that they ask for, without even taking into account the fact that they’re not being helped, but rather pressured, and being sold a sub-​par vehicle. These people have pride in neither their vehicles nor their dealership.
DISGUSTED and reporting this to my wonderful insurance company, USAA, through which I found this place and had this quite unfortunate experience. A company as wonderful as USAA has no business being associated with these people in any capacity.
Do yourself and your finances a favor and buy a vehicle from literally anyone else.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They lack customer service and refused to fix my car when the engine light came on. I had to spend $ 400 out of my own pocket on repairs aside from the price I paid cash for my car. Never again will I purchase a car from this dealer again!
