Absolutely abysmal customer service. Had an appointment and waited well over an hour to be seen. The staff has zero compassion towards anyone’s situation and speak to the patrons very poorly. They treat you is if they know this is your only option for their services.

Made an on line appointment, which is the way to go, to take a pee pee drug test for Nursing school. Walked in and was greeted kindly and professionally by the receptionist. The waiting room was full by the way. After giving my id and prefilled form, I was told to sit and they would call me first. Don’t forget, the waiting room was full. After some dude won $ 1,000 on the TV, the price is right, they called my name. Everyone looked at me because I «jumped» the line (actually you fronds, I made my appointment on line.) Went in, was greated by the very professional technician, given very clear instructions, filled my cup with my dna pee, and was told to have a great day! All in 10 minutes or less. Let me tell you, as a business owner in the public sector, this business and the employees there were what I would want! No less and no more. Perfect and efficient and professional. Quest, you got all my future business!
