Established in 2006.

Richard Phillipps is the founder of Secure Access and Surveillance. After working in the Security Integration Industry as an Installation Technician and Supervisor for 7 years, Richard decided that he was ready to take on his own business venture and founded Secure Access and Surveillance in 2006 alongside his wife and partner Sarah Phillipps. Since then the duo have managed to increase their client base and build strong relationships with their clients providing excellent customer service, consulting, design, and other aspects of low voltage installations and services to their client base. The company’s main focus was on Commercial Installation when they were established and has now expanded their market into the residential field as well.

Richard has served as President and CEO of Secure Access and Surveillance since 2007. Richard Phillipps is the founder of Secure Access and Surveillance. After working in the Security Integration Industry as an Installation Technician and Supervisor for 7 years, Richard decided that he was ready to take on his own business venture and founded Secure Access and Surveillance in 2006. Since then Richard has managed to increase his client base and build strong relationships with his clients. As President of Secure Access and Surveillance he is responsible for determining and carrying out the strategic direction of the company. Richard is also personally involved in consulting, design, and other aspects of low voltage projects. Richard continues to use his past job experiences to influence his employees and help them build their skills. He motivates them to continually self improve through training and workshops and influences them to strive for what they have a passion for.
