History

Established in 2015.

The Rapacke Law Group is the première fixed-​fee intellectual property law firm. The firm does not charge billable hours and quotes all projects before any work has begun, providing the most cost effective and transparent billing structure. The Rapacke Law Group also uses a project management software system to enable clients to log-​in and follow the status of their projects.

Meet the Manager

Andrew R.

Manager

Andrew is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy who went on to serve as a Naval Engineering Officer. Andrew served aboard several warships in support of global maritime operations and, fluent in Japanese, served as a liaison officer between the U.S. and Japanese navies. Andrew went on to attend Florida State University College of Law and is currently a candidate for a Master’s of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida.

Andrew applies his dedication to service; his discipline and will to succeed in the service of his clients. Andrew is passionate about assisting his clients with protection, prosecution, licensing, and enforcement of Intellectual Property rights and has experience in Patent, Trademark, and Copyright litigation and prosecution.
