If we could give CVVS a million stars we would. We took our 10-​year old English Bulldog, Boris, across country to move from California to Vermont. He was suffering a bit but we thought it was just the stress of the trip.
The awful sad thing is we had to put our dear lovebug down this morning. The gentleman vet at CVVS (I’m sorry I don’t remember his name. Writing this through massive grief) and Sheila and Sue and one other tech… we couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful, caring, supportive group of angels to help our boy ease into the next world.
There was nothing that could be done for him. He was shutting down. But unlike many other vets that we’re used to seeing, the staff did not try to push useless procedures or meds on us just to make money. They were compassionate. They’re just plain old good people. We all need more of them in our lives.
If anyone is ever in Plattsburgh, NY, CVVS is where you MUST take your beloved fur babies.

Terrific staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. Found a stray kitten after hours and everyone we talked to, both on phone and in person, were really helpful. Reasonable prices. Great experience, we will be bringing all of our pets here!
