Today I was not pleased with the service. I asked for a iced latte and they gave me iced coffee and when I asked the barista to please add more milk in it she gave me a attitude and heard her say shit. I said thank you and she didn’t even say you’re welcome. Also why does their coffee always taste burnt and the place always smells like burnt coffee??? Anyways I had to come to work and fix my coffee and give it a better taste. I shouldn’t have to do that when I am paying for it.

This Starbucks is walking distance from my house so I come here frequently. Often times I come early afternoon and I can always find enough space to study –I love the window seating. If you prefer, there’s a big table in the middle that people are also working at! The baristas are nice too. I love this area. There’s a handful of restaurant choices, Whole Foods, CVS, salons, and more. Parking structure is in between Whole Foods, CVS, and the movie theater.

This was the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The interior was huge and clean. This whole area is brand NEW. It is a ritzy part of LA which looks very nice.

All Starbucks’ start with 2 stars because the coffee is awful and anything sold there overpriced. After that, it’s a question if the layout and the staff can haul it up. This one is a great place. They have plenty of smaller tables and space to work out of, which is basically what Starbucks is for. The place is really nicely broken up into sections; I especially like the wall that has been setup by the window tables to offer a bit more privacy for the people who sit on there. It’s things like that, plus the amiable staff, that make or break a Starbucks for me and this one has what it takes. It’s not the closest one to me, but I do prefer it to other similar locations closer.

I’m a Starbucks regular and this location is as good as it gets. The baristas are very nice, the wifi is fast(which fast wifi is hard to find in a Starbucks BTW), and the winner is the ambiance. Located in the new area of Playa Vista, right outside of the store are 2 fire pits that you can just chillax. Whether you’re just getting morning coffee or just chillaxing, stop on by.

I usually dislike Starbucks and always prefer CB… after today I reaffirm my preference… As I don’t know the menu by memory, and it has been taken off behind the register, I asked the cashier what kind of Lattes they had. NOTEVERYONEIS A STARBUCKSAFICIONADO, hence not everyone will know your menu by memory. He refused to give me an answer. He proceeded to tell me that they a) they have no menu anywhere in the store, and b) he cannot tell me what they have because it’s impossible, there are over 100 combinations of drinks so he cant stand there and recite them all to me. He kept insisting to just tell him what I wanted/was in the mood for… HOWWILL I TELLYOUIF I DON’T KNWOWHATYOUHAVE/YOUR INGREDIENTS??? So if I’m ordering 20 drinks you’d like me to just make them up? That’s your job, I thought… After that moment of rudeness he no longer had my attention and was no longer acknowledged, so I turned and spoke to the other barista for info which she was willing to at least politely attempt to answer… It was such a dumbfounding shocker to ask«WHATKINDOFLATTESDOYOUMAKE», that the manager had to come out & check on the commotion. EVERYTHINGSTOPPED… Only then did he inform me that the APP has a complete menu… Oh the kicker, this is what the coffee I ordered looked like… GROSS! I MISSYOUCB, never again…

Top Starbucks in LA(that I’ve been to so far)! Prompt service so I don’t have to wait and be late for work. Friendly baristas. I’ve come across a few at other locations who can be catty and or deny refills(who on Earth does that?). Clean store and LOTS of parking!

If there was an option for no stars, or even negative stars, I would rate this Starbucks at that level. But, since I can’t, one star will have to be suffice. I called this morning at 6:15am for a coffee traveler to be ready at 7:00am. The employee was very polite and told me it would be ready. I showed up at 7:05am with maybe 2 – 3 customers throughout the store and 3 employees. As I came up to the register to pay the employee behind the register had no clue about my box, but I paid and thought perhaps one of the other 2 employees had it ready without informing him. To my surprise, it was not done, in fact, they were barely putting the box together telling me it would take 15 – 20 minutes. I told the register employee I didn’t have time and needed a refund. He did not have access to void my purchase, so the barista was able to void it, and she appeared annoyed that I was inconveniencing her that she had to stop what she was doing, walk 8 feet to the register, and give me my money back. She didn’t apologize, look at me, or give me my receipt! What really pisses me off, other than the fact that I was late for work, was that none of the employees gave a SHIT that they f’ed up! No, «I’m so sorry» or «It was my mistake, here’s a ____on us.» I guess they thought, not their store, not their money, not their problem. Why should they care? I’m certain Howard Shultz will not be reading this Unilocal review, but if he were, he would be irate and make sure customer service like this did not happen again. Thank you Coffee Bean for having your act together because they were ready with my coffee traveler at the time I requested. I will not be coming back to this location.

Sooooo pretty! The cashiers are really friendly and the line moves fairly quick. Zero cell reception though if you have Sprint apparently. Reception is so bad it makes it hard to use my Starbucks app.

The most beautiful Starbucks I’ve ever seen. This is brand new, sleek, and acoss from whole foods. The servers are great too! They are all smiles and«welcome»… I felt like so comfortable here! And, the snacks were fresh, and my espresso and latte were just right. The only negative is they lacked a fair amount of electrical outlets… sit at wood table, you’ll see them there.(The manager did inform me that they will be installing many more outlets).

Very impressive! No longer struggling to find parking at Jefferson or Fiji locations. This is exactly what is needed to Playa Vista. There is more than enough parking and it is conveniently located across from Whole Foods(and several new restaurants to open soon). Upon walking in the décor is modern and rustic. Very clean and positive atmosphere. The baristas were very welcoming and quick. It looks like a really nice place to study and work as I saw several other customers enjoying the day. Be sure to take your Starbucks outside for plentiful seating at the tables or by the fountain. Looking forward to seeing this store grow!

Great addition to Playa Vista! Easy to park either outside or in the parking structure(access to Whole Foods and CVS as well). The baristas were kind, quick, and prepared my order quickly. Most Starbucks are insane in the morning, but I was in and out in less than 5 mins. Will definitely return!

Really clean Starbucks and clean store. There’s also separate men’s and women’s bathrooms which is a plus. In terms of Starbucks and giving this place a review. The stores are either wonderful or really suck. I’d say this one is great. There’s nothing worse than an annoyed or rude Battista. They’re really friendly. I would have given this five stars but one of our drinks — a iced skinny vanilla latte was bitter. Can’t fault them too much on their first day. Could have been MUCH worse.
