This place is like a hidden gem. It’s not super fancy or modern but it’s a great place. We went today for our anniversary. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a couples massage with the hot tub soak first. Robin and Henry were our massage therapists and they were great. It was very relaxing, affordable and we’ll definitely be back.

I love this place! When I need a hour to relax, this is the place to go to! You should check this place out for a nice time!

Have been wanting to go there to use the sauna but every time I ask if it’s available, ITS NEVER ON!!! Disappointing… Have called 3 times and each time same thing!!!

5 stars for the hot tub experience and 3 stars for the massage experience. We usually come here on the weekends to relax for an hour. It’s clean and quiet… unless you get noisy neighbors. There is a shower in each cabana so you can wash off before and after. The front desk service is superb. On a recent visit though, my husband and I came in for a couples massage, no tub. Even though we told both our masseuses our pain points and corrected them throughout the massage, we left disappointed and $ 150 less. I think hot tubs are well worth the money and if you think you’ll come multiple times, it’s worth getting a package rate, but spend your money elsewhere for a massage.

So I will write a review with details I always look for in spa reviews:
On the premises there are hot tubs with three different temperatures: 102, 103 and 104 degrees. There are also closed tubs and open tubs (ceiling vs no ceiling), but each are enclosed within a gate and quite private. You pay per half hour.
My husband and I chose the 102 degree covered tub. It was great, but next time we’ll try the 104 degrees! It was a chilly afternoon. We soaked for 30 mins, which we felt was just the right amount. Since it’s quite private, feel free to soak nakey. :)
They also have saunas that you need to reserve. We did not try the sauna this time.
They also offer various massages, and have a couple’s room, which we used. We had a 60-​min massage after 30 mins in the tub. It was amazing. The hot tub relaxes you quite a bit before the massage.
So when you walk in, each person gets a grocery basket with a couple of towels, a water bottle and a robe. I recommend you take flip flops or sandals, for they are not provided. And the towels are small, so take a big towel if this is your preference.
My husband and I each brought a backpack with flip flops and a change of clothes, just in case. If you’re not going anywhere afterward, go in comfy clothes (sweats, etc.).
The spa seemed clean. Since the tubs are outdoors, you’ll see dust, leaves, etc, but nothing gross.
Also, the spa is waaay out in the middle of the hills, after a windy road, so give yourself plenty of time to get there! And don’t let the façade fool you.

I absolutely loved our time here! My husband planned a surprise trip here for us where we did an hour in the sauna and an hour in the hot tun at night. I have never experienced private hot tubs and saunas outside of resorts and houses so this outdoor experience was a first and certainly will not be out last! So romantic and personal… Love! Love! Love!

I so enjoy American Family hot tubs. Today I spent 40 min in the sauna then a tub afterwards. I felt so rejuvenated thanks again you guys.

love this place! Robin is an angle. Iv had her almost every time I go. She’s so good on getting all my trouble areas but not hurting me at the same time like other places do. My husband and I like to go here a few times a year for a nice relaxing date. We hit the hot tubs up before our massage every time and it really makes the difference. It helps get our bodies relaxed and muscles warmed up for our massage therapists. Once we have soaked for 30 mins, we get a knock on our door to let us know it’s time to move into our couples room to start the massage. Then onto one hour of bliss. This is really a little gem and I enjoy it every time.

I love this place its a great place to just relax and unwind. I been going here for 20 yrs since they were relocating from the Boyd address. I recommend to bring a little music and some drink and. chill out

Great hidden treat. This business is the equivalent of a quick run to Calistogo. Rustic treat in the middle of a residential/​business area.
Once you enter this location its like rustic garden oasis. It is clean and inviting and each one of the hot tub areas are secluded in a spacious shed like environment. The water temperature feels perfect, the strength of the jets are amazing (!!!) the shower has warm water, and a little seat area that you can use to get dressed or place items. Overall accommodations are clean and inviting, tubs are covered or uncovered based on preference.
Only comment was that after being there for roughly 35 minutes was told had 10 minutes left when almost ready to leave was given another update had 10 more minutes. Basically my suggestion would be use your own clock to time yourself and make sure that you are clear of the room exactly on time, since that obviously a concern for the business.
I would recommend this business I think it is a pleasant treat and very relaxing. The environment is really enjoyable and pleasant. Love the outdoor rooms and love the gazebo very nice touch.

Best place for a romantic evening or best girls night out! The staff is super sweet and the massages are next level awesome. Try it out, you won’t regret it!

Oh man, I was in bliss. The hot tubs are in a hummingbird habitat! So they are outdoors, be aware of that. Some have roofs over them and some don’t. You can also pick your temperature. They give you a shopping basket with towels, water and a robe and lead you to your tub. My husband and I got a half hour tub, and then a couples massage. I don’t know the name of his massage therapist, but I had Mary, and she was great. She responded very nicely when I asked for slightly less pressure. The only thing I would’ve improved is that my lower back actually hurt more afterwards, instead of less… even though she didn’t even really spend much time on it. So I’m not sure what went on there, but even so, I’ll be back because you just never know with that kind of thing. I don’t expect one massage to make all my pain go away. It still felt really good :) For the half hour tub and couples massage, we paid $ 162 total. Then we threw in a tip for the therapists. I’m never sure if you’re supposed to do that for massage therapists or not, but we did just in case.
My husband said his therapist didn’t press hard enough — we should’ve just switched massagers. :)

Duwana helped my girlfriend and I when we called in pain after running a half marathon. She tried to get massage appointments for us (even asking therapists not already scheduled) working around our small window to come in (we called the same day). We ended up getting a hot tub with a sky view and the experience was amazing. 5 stars for customer service, ambience of the garden paths, and cleanliness.

The only reason I’m even giving you 2 stars is my previous experiences have been good.
Tonight (July 9), my bf and I decided to get a hot tub. The weather was cool and perfect for the tubs. We walked in at 10:05pm, I didn’t even get half way through the door before the lady says Sorry guys no more tubs available for the evening. Ok I’ve been there plenty of evenings at around the same time, and it’s been busy and sometimes had to wait a few. no biggie. So why at 10:05 is this women telling me no tubs available? When CLEARLY on your website and at your establishment it says you take your last 1 hr hot tub at 10:30!!! Not 10:05! Terrible service!!!

I love the company an the work team they have helped me with my chronic lower back pain and has offered endless afternoon filled with joy I leave the spa with a smile and feeling like a am charged up and a new person. by staying positive and always having a clean business I give them 100% satisfaction. Great massage therapist as well

This place has been on my «to-​do» list for waaay too long. I kind of want to keep it a secret from all you Unilocalers, but it’s just too awesome not to share the love.
My home-​sweet-​home is a condo association with an ice cold pool and no hot tub, and sometimes, a girl’s just gotta soak! This beautiful outdoor garden has private spas for rent to small groups, couples, or individuals. They also have a sauna on-​site for hour rental, by reservation. Massages and couples packages are available too.
The spa my husband rented for us was $ 15 per hour pp. We picked the uncovered option, but they have covered spas also. There are showers next to the spa so you can rinse out before and after you get in. Also a bench for the provided towels and a little privacy if you need it for changing. The spa area itself is completely private with high walls around the tub and a locking wooden latch door. The attendant will notify you when your hour is up.
The temperature was great! Very hot water with strong jets! Place was clean, pretty, and very refreshing. I can’t wait to go back. It’s the perfect place to date, or double date!

Was looking for a place for a massage and some time in a hot tub. Couldn’t be happier that I stumbled upon this hidden gem. Nothing fancy so if that’s what you’re looking for, this may not be the place for you. But it was perfect for me and I left feeling incredible. Booked a 60 minute massage for two of us the night before with no problem. Soaked in tub for 30 minutes before the massage and was pleasantly surprised by the uniqueness of this spa. This was our first time here and the woman at the front desk was very helpful, explained how everything worked and showed us some different tubs before letting us pick the perfect one. Britney was my therapist and she was very accommodating and strong. Worked on a problem area on my back just like I asked and I felt so much better afterwards. Glad I found this place… will absolutely be back.

This place is ok. Have been going here off and on for a while now. The tubs are relaxing, the owner is a joke. We have been royally ripped off previously and apparently they do not keep track of their financial portion very well. DO NOT BUY THEIR SPECIALS AND IF YOU DO, MAKE SURE THERE IS A PAPER TRAIL OR YOU MAY GET RIPPED OFF TOO. We were here last night and the woman at the counter apparently does not know what 60minutes is. We were told that we had ten minutes after only being there for 36 minutes. We check the time when we get in, and when we get out. So we pay a total of $ 30 for a tub for 60 minutes and we really only get to use the tub for 30 minutes??? If we pay for a tub for an hour, we should be in that tub for an hour, that’s 60minutes.
Takes 3 minutes to change then in the tub, soak for an hour, then 5 – 7 minutes cleanup, shower, get dressed.
There is one guy here that is excellent. Never any problems He is usually the one we have dealt with when coming here. We always get a full hour in the tub, not rushed. He is super nice and accommodating. We will only return when he is working if at all.

I love this little place!
I used to go here frequently when I lived down the street to relax in the sauna. Service was always friendly, and it was always so peaceful and quite. Felt like I always stepped into some little cozy, cabin like oasis.
Going back today! It’s been a while, so we shall see if its changed at all.
