Let me let YOU ALL IN on the secrets of this place.
First of all, the customer service is excellent. I came in late on Tuesday night and a sales associate sat down to hepl me with a very large bridal registry order for a friend. While many of their items were not in stock in store, she helped me order and ship to them
Heres the good part:
So you are a fool to not save/​use the 20% off coupons at this place. THEY NEVER EXPIRE!!! Also those 5 off 15 ones, either! Guess what else? If you find an item online that they do not have in store– go order it through the store. They will not only give you a 20% digital coupon, but they will ship it to you at no cost (no minimum purchase either like you would have to pay on your own!).
They told me they will apply up to 6 digital coupons if you order through the store to home, so that you can hold on to your hard-​copy coupons for something in store! Love that.
Did you also know that you can use all BBB coupons at Buy Buy Baby and freak COST PLUS??? LIFE CHANGER.
And the grand finale…
The sale associate told me that they will apply a 20% coupon ON TOP OF a price match!!! CRAZY!
She also said not to be fooled by the coupon. They dont actually exclude all those brands. They basically only exclude Dyson. Amazing.
So go on. Buy everything here. Your toiletries (this location has a huge area of them!), your kitchen needs, bathroom needs, furniture, even food! Best deals ever.

Just went to BBB in Pleasant Hill this morning looking for stainless garbage cans for the kitchen — the kind with the step. We received superb customer service from Jerry! He took the time to look for what we needed and when they did not have the items in the store, immediately ordered it to be shipped to our home. All with a wonderful positive attitude — truly a pleasure to work with!

This girl with glasses and long hair in the bedding department I wish I had her name, she was so incredibly helpful and kind in every way. She was knowledgable about dimensions, the various options for bedding like quilts, comforters, and featherbeds with duvets, I felt like I had a wealth of options and information. She ensured me that BB&B is interested in our satisfaction with the products, and after her kind and fun help picking out everything from bedding to pillows to pillow protector covers, we are 100% satisfied and love our new bed setup! :) Thanks BB&B for having such awesome customer service!

Great customer service! I had bought a Roomba and due to various circumstances, it remained boxed up for over a year. When I was finally settled and took it out to set up, I couldn’t get the battery to charge. I had originally looked at Roombas on Amazon, but they only had a year warranty. I had decided to purchase this through BB&B because of their lifetime warranty. As it happens, Steve was the person who helped me with the initial purchase, and over a year later Steve was the person who totally stood by their policy and did the exchange for me. I was nervous to see if they would live up to their lifetime policy, and Steve couldn’t have made it any more simple, easy or straightforward (I still had my receipt/​order #). A new one arrived at my home within the week. I will admit I could’ve been doing something *stupid* wrong with the charger and the battery setup, but ultimately so impressed and grateful for such a smooth replacement transaction. The new Roomba is working like a charm. Thank you Steve, you’re the best!

I was there till they closed and I mean I was the last person inside and they said the lights are on a

It’s nice to be able to go to a place and find what you are looking for. After visiting several places in search for some quality complete bed set, I decided to stop at Bed, Bath & Beyond. Although the name should have propelled me to stop in sooner than later, I am sure glad I didn’t settle for the other sets I had seen. It appears the quality of these sets are now found on extremes, either really cheap material which in turn are less expensive or too expensive but great quality. I am ecstatic to say I found a good quality bed set at a great price. I didn’t realize the large assortment of bedding options at BB&B! Needless to say I was really happy with the product, staff and prices. Next time when I am looking for any bedding need, I will definitely make this place my first stop!

No bags (not even to buy) — so if you want your white towels and chrome bathroom stuff to be thrown in the cart while you walk to your car in the pouring rain this is the place to shop! Terrible service — better off going to Target.

Came in today looking for some down comforters, and just had an amazing experience. Everyone here was just so helpful and just so nice .
After finding which down comforter I wanted, I went looking and some slow cookers and there was a lady named Wendy who was working in that department and just gave me great customer service and ended up helping me purchase the perfect one for me .
I also ran into a guy named Steve who also have me great customer service and helped me price check a couple items I was interested in. He was very friendly and Everyone here was just so helpful and so nice .
I ended up making a few great purchases and don’t forget to bring ur 20% coupon they mail you great discount treat. The lady who rang me up was even very nice, great visit

I’m shocked at this one. I placed an Internet order a week ago, and the item hasn’t been shipped yet. No one called to tell me there was a problem. I called them just now and was told that the manufacturer needed me to verify my address and credit card. Crazy! I suspect that the order never got placed, and that the person on the phone was simply reordering for me, but she denied that.
If the manufacturer needed verification of my address and credit card, both of which were very clear on my order, why didn’t someone contact me a week ago when the order was placed? Now, I can expect the item to be shipped, I’m told, and that I should receive it in 7 – 10 business days.
Very unhappy customer.

Don’t bother calling for any info. You will be put on hold by 7 different ppl before someone actually cares enough to go ‘above and beyond’ to see if they have the certain size or item you’re looking for. Bad customer service.

I keep meaning to review this store!
We all know Bed Bath can be a little on the pricey side, right?
But… they do have some great sales and some really cool little gadgets. I have come back several times because of this and the great customer services I have experienced over the years.
Yesterday visited Bed Bath in Pleasant Hill. We went in looking for sheets and left with a couple of other things as well.
After picking out the sheets we get to the front and end up in Sharon’s line. Can we say what a bright personality! She was engaging, friendly and helpful. We needed to do some price checking on the sheets and all went smoothly.
I expressed to the manager who I believe was Steve, how nice the people always are when I come in and how it was nice to have a checker like Sharon.
As I was leaving I could hear him giving a shout out to her over the store system.
Employees who are recognized and treated well tend to treat their customers well… why because they are happy and take pride in what they are doing.

All I got to say is Grant is the man! Went with my wife to spend a $ 25 gift card and had in tow a 20% off coupon. We were confused with a price for the Emeril cooking pans 14 piece set. It was marked $ 99.00 but the 12 piece set was marked $ 179.00? So we were like this is a type O! Grant came over and said that it was a mistake on there part so they would honor the price of $ 99.00 the original price was 299.00 for the 14 piece set. So long story short we got the emeril pans for $ 99.00 used the 20% and the gift card. All said and told I walked out only paying 67.00 for the 14 piece stainless steel set. Epic win!

Despite saying on numerous occasions, that housewares stores bore me to death, I find myself coming here when seeking out specific home items or particular brands. Fine, I’ll admit it-​I secretly do love this store. Whether it’s those giant blue coupons you get in the mail or the thrill of pawing through their discounted holiday items, I’m a begrudging fan of Bed, Bath and Beyond.
This location can either be super empty or insanely packed-​there is no in between. If you find an item online, however, and opt for the «reserve in store» you can skip having to search the aisles AND waiting at the check out line. They had the particular
Nutri Bullet I was after and after reserving it for pick up, I got an email right away, saying to come pick it up in store. I went right to the Customer Service counter where my item was being held and paid right there (using my giant blue 20% coupon of course!) Love this convenience!
If i ever am in the mood to scour the store, I often find items that are functional, well made and often times very well priced. I’ve purchased here my favorite fuzzy blanket, bamboo cutting boards & dish drying racks, a quality shower curtain and hooks that I’ve had forever and are in amazing shape still, and deeply discounted Yankee Candles. The registers usually move slow but the workers are nice enough. Best to come in here knowing what you’re after-it’s a maze of «didn’t know you needed it until you saw it here» home goods. You can easily do some damage without a plan.
Decent location and I really have more stuff from here, than I realized until now!

I had a very good experience at BBB today with Steve White.
I have a Soda Stream that I bought BBB online that broke. BBB offers a lifetime replacement on everything they sell. I just wanted a simple replacement but it turns out that BBB doesn’t carry that model at all anymore. Steve tried so many different options (calling other locations to see if they had it in store) and offered me a replacement (different model which costs less, and reimbursing me the difference). He tried to make it work for me. Was very helpful but in the end, I decided to deal with the manufacturer’s warranty and get them to replace it.
Am so happy with Steve who offered me all the solutions. I feel so lucky to have found him today!

This company has great selection, a great return policy, and also great customer service. My bf and I bought a juicer here a couple of years ago and had to exchange it. No problem.
I came here a few days ago looking for the small utensils holder that goes on dish racks. I just needed the little holder, not the whole dish drying rack and drain. The employee who helped me checked with her boss, who agreed to sell just the individual holder for me. If you use a coupon, as I did, the price of that and the shower caddy that I also bought is very reasonable. Not a complete steal, but very reasonable.

This location had horrible customer service. They were not rude or mean, but slow. I brought something to return, so I lined up at their customer service desk with others, only to be told (with the others in line), that they couldn’t do returns there and we had to go find a register to line up at. Is it just me or does that not make sense? Let’s just say I was not the only annoyed one there.
I think I’d prefer to shop at the Dublin location next time…

Sure, we’ve all gotten those coupons in the mail, the most common of which being the 20% off any single item. Take a closer look at the coupon, because it lists the brand names of all the items that the coupon is not good for. And there’s a bunch of them. I have had to stand behind someone in line who attempted to purchase an iHome product only to find out it would still be full price.
That being said it’s not like you aren’t going to use the coupon anyway though, for sheets, or lamps, or a rug, or storage, or glassware, or whatever — selection is definitely not an issue, as they do get a lot in this store. If I can’t get to Ikea, I usually find what I need here. Service is helpful, it kind of needs to be with the store’s roundabout layout.
Plus I found an electric blanket on closeout on a recent visit so I was pretty happy with that.

I’ve always enjoyed browsing Bed Bath & Beyond, I just never always enjoyed their prices. Their prices are MSRP or more it seems unless you find yourself armed with a fistful of those ubiquitous blue coupons that always seem to slither their way into your mailbox. The one nice thing is they’ll honor their coupons whether they are expired or not.
So once upon a time as a single gentleman, I went buckwild on some kitchen gear to dazzle the ladies with my cooking skills. This included a set of «high end» Calphalon cookware from the San Francisco BBB. These anodized aluminum pans looked great, yet pretty much became «all-​stick» rather than non-​stick after a year or so. I’ve been making do with them ever since. For the cost, I was annoyed and swore to never buy another Calphalon product again.
I had heard of the extraordinarily lenient return policy of BBB, yet never tested it myself. In fact it was the whole reason I orginally purchased the set from there. I figured it may be a lot extra but it beats having to buy new pans every few years. Finally, years later fed up with these pans, I asked my sweetheart if she wanted to go with me to see if they would exchange them for a new set. I had to bring her along because as she says, you attract more bees with honey, than vinegar. Well, I’m vinegar, she’s honey…
We arrived with some old and busted pots ‘n pans, no receipt & no box. When we told the gentleman Steve, behind the returns counter that we wanted an exchange, he didn’t hesitate. He said «go pick something out and we’ll make it happen.» I wanted to ditch Calphalon completely but my babygirl picked out the set that she felt most comfortable with. Since she does 80% of the cooking, I wasn’t about to argue. Let’s just hope this new set of Calphalon pans out…
I wasn’t sure if Steve was for real, but it felt like Christmas shopping looking at all the shiny new pots and pans. Since the cookware I brought in had been out of production for a few years, the top of the line replacement was Unison at the outrageous price of $ 599.99 for a 10 piece set. I had paid something in the $ 400 – 500 range for my previous set with the 20% off coupon. Since I hadn’t kept my receipt, they had to look up what they used to sell the cookware for. He said it was $ 300 something. I’m sure this was the closeout price seeing as this cookware was out of production for a few years. He still honored their excellent return policy, allowing us to walk away with a set of brand new cookware at no additional charge.
Even though, my cookware was originally valued at more than the replacement, I was more than satisfied with the replacement since I didn’t have a receipt. They could’ve easily told me to kick rocks. I felt like I should be wearing a ski mask while walking out of the store. Their return policy is so good, you feel like you’re robbing them. Most stores, it’s the other way around. This is why I’ll be a lifelong Bed Bath & Beyond customer from here on out.

This is a great store, another wonderful piece of the glorious puzzle of the Crescent Shopping Center. I highly recommended either staying away or being prepared to WALK during the holidays, because people love this store and it is mayhem. But the rest of the year, parking is plentiful.
While I have shopped here over the years for shower curtains, bed sheets, kitchen gadgets and other goodies like discounted Yankee Candles during holiday clearance, I come here quite often now ever since I stumbled across the beauty aisles and was delighted to see that they have a drugstore-​worthy selection beauty items at great prices! They have an awesome selection of hair dyes, at least $ 2 cheaper than Target or Rite-​Aid always, lots of travel-​size goodies, makeup galore — and they are the only store I know of that carries the Yes to Carrots line. That alone gets me in the door.
Another thing I must always purchase when I visit the 3 Bs — Sink Plinks! A wonderful impulse buy at every register — a small package of small yellow dots that you toss down your stinky kitchen disposal to make it smell all lemony and wonderful again. Half a lemon down the disposal is always the best option, but in a pinch, I love those little suckers. You get about 10 in a package for about $ 3 — worth every penny!
I look forward to returning to this store for beauty goodies and future household items — thanks for maintaining a friendly and beautiful store!
