I’ve used her office for all my insurance for over 10 years. I am pretty sure I could save money with other companies, but I have gotten such great personal service that I don’t care about a few dollars. Very honest and straight-forward when I have questions.

I’ve been with Christine’s office for a year and a half, and I’m quite pleased with the service I’ve received.
Getting my policies started was really simple. Christine even brought up a couple discounts I wasn’t aware I was eligible for.
When I’ve had occasional questions, I’ve called in and been helped by the staff. I’ve been impressed — Christine’s staff are obviously experienced and know their stuff — they always take care of me right away.

My policy was transferred to her and she immediately looked it over and removed discounts I have had in place for years. My policy renews every Feb and I got an additional bill for $ 60 in Apr due to the move. She seemed nice but spent most the conversation trying to sell me additional lines of insurance and telling me she was removing discounts I have had in place since 1999. My policy has since been moved back to my original agent. It’s a long story, but I did not initiate the move to her office. I now wish I never made that one phone call asking a question about my policy because that one question is now costing me $ 120 year. You would think a loyal customer of 14 years would get better treatment.
