History
Established in 2006.
Catering for non-profits organizations since 1990’s, Chef Rachael went back to school to achieve a degree in Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry in 2006, enjoyed a 7 month internship at Perbacco Italian Restaurant in SF making salumi and has been happily serving her meats and food in the Bay Area ever since. Passion for food and food history inspires this slow food devotee who has studied Italian Medieval food preservation… that and her love for people and feeding them!

Business Owner
Chef Rachael got her degree in the Diablo Valley College Culinary Arts program and shares her passion for charcuterie, teaching classes in California and Oregon on historical food preservation techniques such as pickling, curing and smoking. Her award winning salumi is enjoyed all over the Bay Area. Chef Rachael is just as comfortable catering New World Foods as she is Old World Foods.
