I’m so glad I chose this office for my chiropractic care. Dr. Lujan is friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. I went to him after my husband had gone there for a month to help with some back pain and had a good experience. At our first meeting I got the sense Dr. Lujan had seen and adjusted many spines so his opinion was both candid and insightful. I signed on for a month of care to help my post-​partum back aches and tweaks. A typical appointment for me includes heat/​electro-​threapy for at least 15 minutes followed by an adjustment of my whole back and neck. I was also prescribed exercises to do at home; the first poses were to help me stretch out, then he added strengthening exercises a couple of weeks later. He is a big proponent of strengthening and core exercises to help support the spine and overall body posture. He recommended yoga as a good exercise for back health. This office also works with a masseuse, which I find is a good effort to offer a range of care. I got the Kaiser insurance member pricing/​discount.
The only reason I didn’t give this office 5 stars is because the office is a bit dated and the parking isn’t great. The care I received is 5-​star quality.
