First of all, Alex Khodadad is literally the hardestworking person I’ve ever met. Not only does he go above and beyond for you as your agent but he also makes you feel as if you are his only client. He’s always available, always there, always thorough, always committed to you as his client. He doesn’t just put up a for sale sign and wait for his commission to come in like most agents. I felt completely backed up and protected during this entire process, he always had our back and treated us as his own family, which throughout this process we have truly become family. He brought in all his contractors and got us the best deals, he was present during the whole process in the smallest and biggest of ways, even getting IN-​N-​OUT for our contractors every day for lunch to keep them happy, fed and working hard! He always did his due diligence and made sure we always had the best of the best! With this being the first house my husband and I’ve sold we were naturally anxious but Alex was always there to educate and reassure us at ever turn and always available and patient. He got us an amazing deal on our home, even though the market was slowing down he still got us very close to what we were asking. Alex is a very trust worthy, solid, hardworking business and family man and I recommend him highly to anyone buying or selling their home. Not only is he one of the hardest working, most trustworthy, friendly, professional people I know he has also become a member of our family throughout this incredibly smooth process of selling our first home. You will not be disappointed with him; only impressed as he truly does empower one client at a time, or at least he makes you feel as if it’s one client at a time as he really does invest all his time into you. This was my first property purchase. Being in Law Enforcement, I have to say that I’m a pretty good judge of character. Alex is a very honest and knowledgable person. He provided exceptional customer service. He always answered my calls personally and explained in great detail whatever questions I might’ve had. There were times when I called him while he was attending a wedding party. He stepped out of the party and spent approximately 15 minutes explaining everything to me. He worked extremely hard to get me a great deal in this hot housing market. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. He is more than agent to me now, he’s a good friend. As of Oct 2013, I have known Alex 2 years. He started out as a realtor who helped me purchase the house I was renting via short sell from our landlord to now being practically a member of my family.
