The Fundamentals

I loved our wedding. I could gush about the venue, the dress, the flowers, the food… we were really happy with how it turned out and were lucky to have an excellent group of vendors helping us out.
But if I had to strip everything away and keep just one thing: hands down, no contest, it would be this band (well, other than the groom obviously, but you can’t have him for your wedding). They are absolutely, completely, awesomely talented and good at what they do. We received compliments throughout the night about the music and even after the wedding, the Fundamentals are what people bring up first when they talk about how much fun they had.
The Fundamentals kept everyone on the dance floor, young and old, all night. They were completely responsive to our requests and suggestions. And they were fun! Do yourself a favor and hire this band.

AMAZING! We actually booked The Fundamentals for our wedding, without hearing them live — only from the song links on their website and… we couldn’t have been happier. The song links truly don’t do their talent justice — they give every song everything they’ve got and it shows! They had just about every one of our guests on their feet and on the dance floor the entire time. Everyone was dancing, laughing, cheering — all because of the energetic performance The Fundamentals put on. At one point I looked over to see three rows of people lined up at the stage rocking out to a song… just like at a concert! They are THAT good! In addition to music, they also did a great job helping to MC the entrance into the reception, the garter toss and bouquet toss — everything was flawless. We worked with John to get everything set for the big day, and he was great, stepping us through the entire process and putting us at ease. We had several people tell us how great the band was throughout the night, and I can truly recommend them to make any event memorable and special.

The Fundamentals did an absolutely fabulous job at our wedding! In a venue that is notoriously challenging sound-​wise, they did flawless work. We used their sound system for the ceremony and then a guitar and sax duo for the cocktail reception. Then, the entire band played for the dinner reception/​dancing. From an energetic and long hora til the last dance, they kept the crowd (and us) dancing all night. Thank you, thank you!
