Nickie has owned and built numerous businesses and offered her services to non-profit entities for over 20 years. Nickie has raised, trained and shown primarily Golden Retrievers for over 25 years, breeding many champions, obedience and other AKC titled dogs.
Her management, success and training philosophy is based on clear communication techniques, structure and consistency!
When people and dogs are confused they will «shut down» and loose the desire to strive for success!
