Many years ago one of our therapists had a vision to create a holistic healing center with a team of strong, like minded therapists. We all have many years under our belts, but we finally assembled the right team and this vision was completed in 2011.

Kristin, a CMT, specializes in restorative bodywork. With 18+years experience in body work and movement therapies she combined her knowledge to create a synergistic system of bodywork. Kristin brought together like minded therapists to offer to you the client a holistic healing center-​The Sanctuary.

Beware: Cancellation policy can be expensive.
Aimee is very good at her work. I was a regular client for over 10 months. Be sure you read the notes under «Contact Us» on their website. «A 48-​hour cancellation notice is greatly appreciated. If less than 48-​hours is given a minimum 50% of service scheduled charge will occur.» I had a work-​related emergency and contacted Aimee 2 hours before my appointment to say I needed to reschedule. I was charged my full appointment because she did not have time to fill my slot. (I paid in advance for 4 sessions to receive a discount.) Earlier in the year I came down with a virus and had to reschedule. Aimee did not charge me for that rescheduled appointment. If this cancellation policy is acceptable to you, it’s a good place to go. Unfortunately, it is not acceptable to me, and I am no longer a client.

Jessica is absolutely amazing. I have been searching for a new massage therapist for a while and have finally found one who is much better than my previous ones. I have had several 1 hour sessions with her as well as a 1.5 hour session and I have absolutely no complaints what so ever! Everything is absolutely perfect. I leave there feeling relaxed and stress free, which is what I am after. The prices are also pretty reasonable and I go about once a month to get a massage as my body is usually pretty tense since I work construction.

Kristin Kohs is my Massage Therapist and it truly doesn’t get any better than her when it comes to massage. Can you get a massage anywhere, sure, but getting a massage by someone who’s interest and specialty is restorative body work is amazing. Going to a chain massage business can certainly give you an hour of relaxation, but Kristin can give you that as well as target areas to get you moving again that will last a lifetime. She really is a «muscle whisperer!» Thank your Kristin for your expertise, for giving me not only and hour of relaxation, but a lifetime of movement.

Client for life! I love The Sanctuary. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and comfortable.
I work with Kristen on my back problems; she has been incredibly effective at improving my situation, it had been a dramatic improvement. Also, I have had a facial/​peel by Jessica and really enjoyed the results. I plan to repeat her services in a few months.

I received a 90 minute massage with Aimee as a gift. It took me some time to make the appointment and staff was courteous and understanding. The Sanctuary is serene and thoughtfully decorated so that when you walk in the outside world recedes. Aimee is a superb massage therapist and my massage was close to perfect.

Pain and soreness GONE! I have been lucky enough to have experienced Kristin’s magical hands for over 10 years. She knows and asks the right questions for pressure, technique, and adjusts according to what pain I might be experiencing or soreness. When I recommend her I often tell my friends that her «intuition» guides her movements which translates into a very relaxed and free flowing massage.
She is an integral part of my training regiment to rehab during Mountain Climbing Training and/​or just maintaining stress relief to have a more peaceful day to day.
Highly recommend for those of you looking for a wonderful experience! 5 stars all the way.

I love this place! It is relaxing, easy parking, great coffee and teas are provided. I see Kristin and she is AMAZING. My upper back and shoulder area gets very painful and tight. After an appointment with Kristin I feel amazing and the pain is gone. Recently I have had some foot problems and she has been able to help with that as well. Thanks Kristin :) 5 stars for the Sanctuary!

As an athletic physician I’m keenly aware if someone knows what they are talking about in regard to muscle function/​body structure etc. Kristin is very knowledgeable, and has a great personality for massage work. Kristin is the best at what she does.

I was recommended to go to the sanctuary. It is the most amazing place ever. If you are in dire need of a massage whether for relaxation or for injury this is the place to be. My massage therapist is ms casares. She knows exactly what to do. I have never ever fallen asleep where I’m actually in a peaceful mind body and soul. This lady is amazing. I highly recommend the sanctuary and that’s why I give them 5 stars. You won’t be disappointed.

This is by far the nicest massage spot I have ever stepped foot in! Really welcoming and well decorated but not pretentious. Jessica was really awesome! I really like deep tissue, she used a lot of pressure but it was very slow and subtle, not painful at all. She also does waxing and facials! Purchased some amazing products from her as well!
I usually leave a massage feeling greasy, groggy or sleepy afterwards, but strangely I actually left feeling energized and rejuvenated. I felt truly pampered and had was in a great mood for the rest of the day!
I plan on making this a regular thing. I would recommend The Sanctuary in a heartbeat! Actually, don’t come here… more time slots for me!

The Sanctuary is a very quiet, calming place as you enter. Everyone is so nice and kind. I went in for a massage, which was badly needed. I had Jessica, who is a definite «go to» gal. She found knots in my shoulders that I had no idea was there. I have never had such a good massage done in which the masseuse was so highly educated in the body. She really takes the time to learn your OWN body and doesn’t do what most places do which is «their routine», that they do on everyone. Jessica figured out the points my back needed work on and focused on them all while not neglecting the rest of my back. Go to Jessica :) she is worth it!!! Which reminds me, I need to make another appointment… ;)

I have had a facial from Jessica which was amazing and multiple massages with Aimee Cazares! Both are amazing and I highly recommend both!
Aimee is fantstic she knows how to relax you and work the muscles that are in trouble and massage out any knots so you feel completely different when you are out. I have never fallen asleep during a massage so that says a lot about how relaxing and good she is! If you like deep or a lighter massage she is the lady for you! I highly recommend her and going to the sanctuary! Plus if you buy a package you get a great deal on an hour massage so go in and buy multiple — you will love it! I am a photographer so I usually need something at least once a month with all my physical exertion and its worth it!
Head in and you will be super happy you did!

I’m a very busy student; who works full time. Between past injuries and everyday stress, the pain and muscle tightness I experience can be debilitating. Through Aimee, I have found lasting relaxation and pain relief. Using a combination of Shiatsu and Deep Tissue Massage, the knots that have been in my shoulders since I was 12 years old have been able to shrink and diminish. Every time I finish a session I feel open, calm, and refreshed. With such a hectic schedule like mine, one would think a Massage would be difficult to schedule; but in fact it has been quite simple. Aimee is so very flexible, and puts her clients needs first. When time gets away from me, she is always thinking of me and my health; calling to see how I am feeling and keeping me on track. Because of Aimee I have been able to bring a peacefulness to my life. It’s been amazing to learn that I can live a life free of pain, and full of Serenity. Thank you!

I had a wonderful facial with Jessica and am looking forward to going back. She is very professional and the atmosphere was relaxing and soothing. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I also had Jessica remove quite a few skin tags from my neck. I had been waiting over a year for my health care provider to make me an appointment and I got tired of waiting. Jessica did an awesome job for a great price and I have been enjoying my blemish free neck for several months.

I LOVE KRISTIN! I see her as often as I can. She has helped me heal injuries and maintain a more healthy, flexible and able body. She is amazingly intuitive and has a gift for going right to the source of the problem. Once there, she knows just how much is enough to set things right.
