Business Owner

Hunter R. Miley is the President and Managing Broker/​Owner of Total Property Solutions, Inc.(TPS), based in Pleasant Hill, CA. He has been in the Real Estate Business since 1992. He also carries a General «B» Contractors license and several Specialty Licenses. Hunter is a member in good standing with National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Contra Costa Association of Realtors and the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

His career in real estate started on the construction side of things after 17 years in the restaurant business. His drive to succeed advanced him up the ranks in record time. He eventually started buying houses, remodeling them, refinancing and cashing out, then doing it all over again. He built his own portfolioof rental properties before entering into the management of other people’s assets.
