At Your Service Lube N’ Go

Although the owner was fairly friendly on the phone, I had to accommodate a change of appointment time twice, once when he said the oil truck was late (which pushed me to the next day) and then the next day I had to wait an additional few hours past the appointment time when he called and said his son was sick and needed to be picked up at school. I wish I had followed my intuition and just cancelled. The owner did arrive and quickly finished the oil change and tire rotation, but the next day when I pulled out of my garage there was a horrible grinding noise from the rear passenger wheel. Ended up having to go to the Ford dealership down the road to have it fixed. They said it looked like the car was dropped during the tire rotation & had to straighten out a piece of bent metal so I could drive it. Called owner and was offered a free oil change, but honestly, I wouldn’t trust his work now.

Absolute worst. Over charged for mediocre work. Won’t pay 20 extra for sketchy owners to drive to my location. I’ll pay 40 for professionals who know how to do to do the job. Owners give off weird money hungry vibe. Left feeling awkward rather than confident in my choice. Never again

I never write reviews but I wanted to take the time to do so for these guys. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism. There is nothing I dread more than getting an oil change. I work two jobs which leaves little time to sit and wait in a lobby. I called the day of my service expecting to wait a couple days but they made an opening for me in about 5 hours! I was at my second job and it was pouring down rain so I was expecting a re-​schedule. I got a call from Randy (I think it was Randy) and he said he was in the parking lot waiting for the rain to pass. He got the job done in about 30 – 45 minutes. He quoted my oil change and tire rotation over the phone prior to the service but it ended up costing more due to my vehicle. I would have been happy to pay whatever but he gave me a discount anyways to make it right. I appreciate the patience, reasonable cost, and the wonderful customer service. I spread the word to my co-​workers and will use them for my oil changes in the future! Thank you for the amazing work!!!

Great customer service and very convenient! I would highly recommend them. They come to your location so you can have your car oil changed while getting other errands done at the same time. I can’t believe this hasn’t been going on for years !
